Room was fine except for some worn carpet. Staff was friendly. Despite strict smoke-free policy, the lobby and halls smelled of pot. American flag out front in tatters. Breakfast was OK, but all carbs and no protein.

They want you to do a 75 dollar deposit but when you call to ask them about it, they act like you never stayed or they can’t find you in the system. Then they don’t want to refund you your deposit. I’m not the only person they did like this. I read many reviews saying this the problem they had. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will not recommend anyone staying and it’s seems like it all the black customers having problems getting their deposit back and poor customer service.

The water didn't shut off until someone had to manually turn it off. The manager said someone will be by but no one ever did. Dogs were barking consistently. Found food under the chair. The refrigerator didnt work. The front desk took $90 and said it declined so I could run my card again, but the money was taken. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The bathroom was marked clean but had a ring around the toilet, the tub had pink stains around the rim and in the tub which signals mold, the tissue looked used, the cabinet doors were both broken that access the microwave/fridge/drawers (which were all clean), however the fridge didn’t get cold at all and there is spillage under the fridge that looks like it has been there a while. The hall by my room smelled like smoke although my room says smoke free! Now about the breakfast…I made a waffle and it tasted like paper, the yogurt was labeled expired Jan 25, 2025 but it was not in proper refrigeration so it is already spoiled and chunky…not creamy at all! I was scared to try cereal for the fact that the milk was spoiled also…I only had coffee and juice! The front desk service was awesome, and the location was perfect for me, but the cleaning crew and maintenance workers need to do their job! I am not really satisfied totally with my stay for the price not to mention I rarely get a chance to get away on my own to relax!

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was pretty clean (saw one place that needed dusting but was hard to reach). Negative: It is only a continental breakfast, and the refrigerator holding the yogurt was down for 2 days.

It was a young woman working when I was checking out now mind u I had been here many times I am a choice rewards customer for over 5 yrs ,the lady was rude to me and said she had given me my deposit back ,but she never did so asked to speak to manager she said no management was there and that she had given me my deposit I told her it was in cash 75$ and she argued with me about giving it to me so at this time I'm pissed cuz I needed my 75$ back because I was going to airport and needed it to eat at airport while waiting for my flight back to Chicago,she was so nasty and rude another customer seen it and he was talking to me about what was going on ,then she told me I couldn't talk to the customer that was talking to me ,like I was kid or something,so I left and told her I was going to report her ,so I tried to come back there to rent a room and they said it was a do not rent to me when I gave them my i.d ,I couldn't believe that after all I went thru because she didn't give me my deposit back!! I will not be back and if u go there just pay the deposit with your card because they will take your money and if u ask for management they will just ban u from there!

Yesterday me and my husband came in extremely late. We desperately needed somewhere to stay so we came here … we immediately went straight to sleep but as I got up throughout the night to use the bathroom I noticed hair in the sink so I made note to mention it to front desk once check out came because we were actually gonna book another night ..so as it was time for checkout I got into the shower and again there was hair everywhere on the tub on the walls and even inside of my big bath towel. I immediately wanted a refund or a free night yes because this is acceptable or they could have gave me half off a room but nope. Jeff or Mary (Mya) whatever her name is did nothing saying I should have said something when I first seen the hair . I will never recommend this hotel to anything. Worst hotel experience ever. Mary kept getting smart with me to the point I had to go off on her it was just terrible. DO NOT COME HERE EVERRRRRR THEY ARE NASTY AND DONT CARE !

Beware, they will not refund you the $75 deposit and they are racist and watch you like a hawk. They will lie and say you smoked in the room even though you don’t smoke. The toilet in the room wouldn’t flush. The breakfast was just muffins, cereal, outdated yougurts, and they had a filthy waffle maker. Juice machine had mold. These people don’t care they just want money.
