I work on the road and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I’ve stayed at this Quality Inn many times over the past several years. You will not find better more attentive staff at any hotel. They really treat you well and make sure everything is right. Breakfast is good every morning and the rooms are always clean and tidy.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good - it even included hot items like eggs and sausage or bacon. They provided fresh-baked cookies in the evenings, which was nice. ||The only complaint I had was that the breakfast area was kind of cramped. There was a large high-top table in the middle of the area with a fireplace nearby. You could get around it, but when groups of guests were congregating at the table with their bags on the floor near them, it was difficult to get in and out of where the food was. Also, the coffee was just OK - I would have appreciated a better-quality coffee.

I've stayed in many a fancy hotel, motel, and other lodgings and can't remember a better stay. The facilities aren't fancy, and show some age, but, also, show the care in maintaining. It was clean, comfortable, great hot water pressure, laundry machines I desperately needed after a day trip turned into 3, an amazingly helpful and friendly staff, and a chili for breakfast I fell in love with. The breakfast was awesome, by the way, and fresh baked cookies in the evening. May not be the best in town, but definitely my favorite.

I was passing through on a 26-hour drive for a family emergency. The hostess was amazing and very kind. Check-in was easy and fast. I will absolutely be staying here again on my return trip.

We stayed here on a couple of separate occasions during our recent road trip. The hotel is well located just off I-25 (or at least it would be if there weren't so many roadworks and diversions in place) but there is very little else in the immediate vicinity so you will almost certainly need to drive out for dinner.||The room was small and felt dark and dingy. The safe didn't work when we arrived the first time and it took them quite a while to sort it out (even though they sent somebody almost immediately we notified them).||The bathroom was tiny and the sink was outside of the bathroom in the main bedroom area. Coffee was very average and it was a real struggle finding enough floor space to open suitcases. Breakfast was the usual rubber eggs and multi coloured Cheerios and you'll definitely need to bring your own HP sauce.||I guess you get what you pay for and this place is fine as an overnight stopover but I wouldn't want to spend anymore time here than that.

By far the worst stay I have ever experienced. The front desk staff are condescending, rude, and outright inappropriate. They blamed my certified service dog who was with me all day for damaging their room even though he wasnt even in the room. Their room was damaged before I even arrived and they refused to take ownership. When I wanted to go to another hotel they refused to refund my money even though I didnt stay the night. Save your money and go to any other nearby hotel, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I travel quite a bit and never usually stay at super high expensive hotels. I like mid range hotels, and I have to say that this one was pretty exceptional for the price. Patty who handles the food in this hotel went above and beyond, and I have to say that I was highly impressed. She was so sweet and friendly and I think it’s because of her that I probably will just be back and make this might go to hotel in Casper.

I stayed here for 4 weeks on a work trip, and was impressed by both the cleanliness and the staff. All of the employees I interacted with at this hotel were so polite, helpful and friendly ! Teresa was such a joy to see at the front desk in the mornings. And the two lovely ladies who made breakfast, Patty and Christy, were on top of stocking all the foods, cleaning up folks dishes, and overall being kind to all.

While it’s a no frills kinda hotel, the staff made my stay extremely pleasant and I would stay again in the future. Thank you guys!

It’s also super close to the North Platte River walking trail which I loved to do in the evenings!
