BUGS, BUGS, BUGS AND MORE BUGS!
I stayed at this hotel attend a funeral. Due to the uncomfortableness of the bed, I slept in the car most of the night. Breakfast hours were from 6am-9am. I came in at 9:10 so I was late for breakfast but really had to go to the bathroom. The don't have any restrooms except for in the room. So that was a hassle. In addition to not being able to use the room, eat breakfast or use the facilities, I was accused of smoking in the room and they were going to keep my deposit. Frank, the front desk manager said there is nothing he could do. I asked to speak with the manager, Her name was Erica. When I tried to explain that was unacceptable she continues to talk over me and continued to preach to me how smoke soaks in to things that smoker may not noticed the smell. It was bullshit and completely unjust for them to be able to keep my cash deposit based off a he say she say.

We stayed for 3 nights & never had any issues . Fair price , clean hotel room/restroom , great customer service . Sausage eggs waffle bread cereals yogurt fruit etc for breakfast ! my only small complaint would be the shower head , could have better ones with better water pressure . But besides that we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for those who just need somewhere to sleep/shower .
We appreciated housecleaning staff too! It was nice to come back from a busy day of exploring to a made bed . Thank you so much

It is really disappointing! No Wardrobe in the rooms! No bath, only shower! The room is for 3 or 4 people but there is only 1 shampoo provided!! Even if you ask they simply answer ‘No’! Breakfast is really poor, no vegetables! Sometimes the machines are out of services!! Swimming pool is for decoration!!

DON’T STAY HERE! First of all I booked online what said to be a “smoking room” only for them to tell me upon arrival it’s non smoking facility. I asked for a refund because why would I want to stay at a facility that doesn’t allow smoking when I smoke. The lady at the desk told me “we don’t have control over that” no explanation whatsoever. I complied with the non smoking rules.

Once I check into my room is when it becomes a disaster. I walk in the room and the fridge is literally leaking a big puddle on the floor, also the room wasn’t fully cleaned because I found house keeping’s dirty towels that they used to clean god knows what still in my room.

Also the TV in the room didn’t work, and my heater stopped working an hour after I checked in. To top it all off there was a guy on drugs smoking inside the hotel on the stairs. He was there so long unbothered that he fell asleep on the stairs and the police had to show up.

I reached out to Choice hotels for a refund and I was told someone would reach out to me, it’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing.

I usually never write reviews or ask for refunds but if there were ever a situation where a hotel should refund someone it would be this.

Worst hotel stay ever. I booked two nights, the last night I didn’t even stay there I came back at 11 for checkout the next morning. Don’t book with any choice hotels. Shady business. The worst part is I’m a member.

We were going to Las Vegas, This lady told my dad he could leave all 8 of our baggage. We were flying spirit that's why. So when it was the day of the flight, she said we couldn't store all 8 only 4. What were we supposed to do? Pay $100 to add bags for out spirit flight? The lady called my dad to check the bags and said it was full. We were arguing and she kept saying no. A man came and she lied and said he barged into the office even though she called him. More arguing then we had to pay for more. Quality inn? More like Money inn. They kept wanting money. When we landed they said we needed money to check in. We just needed money for everything.

Positive: The room was better than expected after seeing the hallways and stairs. Negative: We almost walked out before even seeing the room. The carpets in the hallways and stairways were disgusting. Very stained and dirty. It was pretty scary to see. I hope they are getting ready to get new flooring in the hotel. The rooms had plank floor

Ill admit the pictures of the hallway carpet had me a bit worried, but our room was newly renovated with wood laminate floors. It was just as clean as any other LA hotel Ive gone to, and wayyy less smelly.
Our fridge wasnt working in our room when we got there but after mentioning it to the front desk they switched it out within 30 minutes.
I also didnt see a single bug the entire time we were there, which is a big big plus for me.
Didnt use the pool and it looked a little murky, maybe needs the chemical levels checked.
Breakfast was decent, great waffles you make yourself with a waffle iron and my friends said the sausage was great.
The location is good with it being right off the freeway and has an El Super right across the street.
Will definitely consider this place when visiting LA again.

Quality of the rooms went down and prices went up. Every time I check in, I have to disinfect the room, cleanvthe bathroom, and sweep the floor because it seems like they never clean the floors. I get the double king bed upgraded and you can feel the debris when you walk in. Need management attention!
