Very old rooms with crappy little tile showers that were in poor taste in 2005. They're just bizarre to see in 2025.

Lovely entry way and common area decked out in marble and stone. It's quite the contrast to the dime-store bathrooms.

Good breakfast. Better than I expected from a 2 star hotel.

Very helpful staff. They received a half dozen packages for me and were nothing but friendly about it.

It's in a nice part of suburban Chicago. For once, I didn't feel like someone was going to steal my car, so that's a big plus.

Only one small slow elevator. During the week the place has very few guests so it wasn't an issue but come the weekend that one little elevator could not handle the traffic. Consider taking the stairs.

Price depending, I will definitely stay here again, despite the tiny hideous bathrooms.

Right next to Streets of Woodfield. Perfect for families. The place has been updated slowly over the years. It's homey and inviting. Everything is clean and you see maintenance and the cleaning crew all day. So nice they hire people who seem like they work there. They maintain a CLEAN
property. It is perfect for a staycation. It has breakfast and a pool. No pets allowed is on the website for the guy who brought his cat, then left a 1 star. Lol. Some hotels around here are sketchy or corporate. It's nice to have a hotel staff that is trained in hospitality, like it used to be.

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean, well-stocked and the hot tub was hot! Room was nice, bathroom was clean and well maintained. Negative: This is totally a personal choice, but I prefer carpet in the hotel rooms as opposed to laminate floors simply because in the winter (which is when we were there) the floors are colder.

Double queen room so super small.
Walked into the bathroom. Shower fan was broken. Saw a full hand print left on the tile wall above the shelf over the toilet.

Been staying here for the past 10 years and it just keeps getting better.|An older hotel that maintains its' focus on the guest.|Great location, safe and convenient to shopping, dining, nightlife and O'Hare airport. Great value, abundant parking.|Give Mr. Rolando and his great staff a chance to make your next visit to Chicago-land a memorable one.|And don't forget to make reservations at Chicago Prime or Capital Grill or grab a deep dish at Giordano's.|Busse Woods, no better place to unwind.|This is lodging and hospitality done right!

This hotel had a spacious and well appointed lobby and breakfast bar area, complete with a fish tank. The hallways and decor was a bit dated, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This business is not run in good faith. They are out to get your hard earned money. I paid for the room well after 3 pm and came after 10 pm but they won’t let me in with my cat. I had no opportunity to cancel and they refuse to refund even though there was no lost opportunity for them. I will avoid any establishment under this brand in the future.

I wanted to share my experience staying at this Quality INN in Schaumburg. Me & my Wife wanted an affordable getaway to celebrate our anniversary. With money being tight I was hoping to break our streak of having horrible experiences in our last 3 attempts for a weekend getaway at various hotels. This location did NOT disappoint. First of all there were no known amenities that were out of order or closed. The pool was cool as expected along with the Hot tub being at a perfect temperature. Both were very clean and a pleasure to be in. The hotub is a bit small, holds maybe 6 people. The staff was friendly and the Free breakfast was very good. We liked that they alternated the menu a bit the 2 days we were there. Eggs , potatoes, bacon & sausage. To go a long with waffles, pastries ,cereal fruit & yogurt. Biscuits and gravy took the place of the potatoes the next day. I wasn't expecting a soda machine (Pepsi) with coffee, milk and juices. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet especially at night. Our room has laminate flooring so keep that in mind. The bed was comfortable, A nice blend of firmness with a gentle touch of softness. Very Comfortable pillows. We had no problems falling asleep. We also liked the large bathroom with convenient hand bars in the bathtub & by the toilet. The showerhead was removable and the floor wasn't slippery like some others are. As amazing as are staying was, I must mention that this location is due for a remodel. If your the type of person that is expecting a flawless, fully updated experience you may want to look elsewhere and spend much more. If your looking for a wonderful getaway at a clean, quiet and safe hotel and can look past the minor flaws or imperfections, then give this a try. The pace terminal is right across the street and it's close to almost anything you may need. I do wish the pool was open till 10pm and maybe breakfast was available a little longer than 9:30am. Oh and maybe some outside benches for anyone that might want to enjoy the sunshine. I hope to make it back soon, we really enjoyed our stay.
