As senior citizens, we are on a tight budget. This Quality Inn had comfortable beds, an easy chair with a foot stool which helps after 8 hours in the car. The room was clean and no carpet. Plus their breakfast met our needs. We loved the staff!

This hotel is clean and very well taken care of. The front desk clerks that I met are very nice and willing to accommodate you their best. I will always stay at this property everytime I’m in Russellville. The pricing is best in town. Check out this property you won’t regret it. They have a great breakfast.

Zero complaints, previous night spent at $300 approx, $230 less and the bed was only slightly less comfortable and the breakfast barely improved upon. Dollar for dollar this particular Quality INN is by far the best bang for the buck and now I feel foolishness for having spent more at other stays.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I had a reservation and check in was smooth. Quiet on the weekend I stayed, not one disruption from noise or drunks like some others I've stayed at. I would stay again.

I go to school in the area and the 2 times I've stayed here the rooms have been clean and the staff very communicative and helpful. If you need a budget friendly place to stay, I'd very highly recommend this hotel.

Leaving a 1 star but wish I could do a no star. Charged me like $80 when I showed up around 12:30ish in the early morning after driving all day. After being given my room key/ number my wife hopped in the shower and I was grabbing our stuff for the night from the car. On my way down to the car there was kind gentleman who unknowingly was given the same room as me only a few minutes after I had just received that room. If I hadn’t been outside and my dog wasn’t sitting by the door he would have walked in there with my wife by herself in the shower. The lady that was working was trying to rush me out of the room and I don’t think she understood that my wife was still in the shower and that I was not leaving the room again until my wife was done as I had told her plenty of times while she was trying to rush us off. 100% the worst service and very unprofessional.

The ladies that greeted us were great. Amanda and Priya. They made us feel welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was nice and cozy. We usually never stay for the complimentary breakfast because does not look inviting. This was very well displayed. Thank you for the comforting and friendliness stay.
