The rooms are very clean, they all have the large toilet seat. There's plenty of parking even for big trucks. The breakfast is modest. Waffles, bread, coffee, juice and cereal only.

Customer service over the phone was very nice. Checking in was okay, receptionist was chatting with someone in the dinning area with her back facing the door which made it hard for her to see someone was at the desk. She's an old lady and kind.
The room was the only thing, spider web over the bed.

Very nice and comfortable.
Very good service, very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Free parking and a (small) breakfast with service personnel. Cafe, Microwave, refrigerator and ac in the room. Overall great experience!

Can’t understand the discussions about dirty rooms, nothing to grumble about.

I booked the room on hotels.com. the check-in was at 3:00 and I called to ask if we could possibly check in early, and I was told "absolutely not"! There was a soccer tournament in town and so we were not allowed to check in until 3:00. We were told at check in that my 4500 choice points could not be utilized nor would I get points for this stay, because I booked online. We were also told that the rooms were now over $300 per night for this 2 star hotel. It's unfortunate that they can overcharge people just because of a soccer tournament being in town. We checked out at 8am, and ended up paying $201 for 18 hours of being there.

The hotel itself was ok. It could use some updatees. It was clean. Breakfast was poor. Location was good. Price was way to high for the amenities and service provided. Staff acted like we were bothering them when we asked questions. I will not stay here again.

As soon as I walked in the roomed I noticed the wrinkled bed and the pillows were not even made up right. They were wrinkled and looked unchanged and were quite literally laying down. I went to the bathroom to find the bath was undrained with standing water in it and the toilet had someone’s urine in it. Absolutely gross. Will not be back

Outstanding customer experience, very friendly and accommodating. Desk is available 24 hours. Our room was very clean and quiet. Stayed 2 nights and will definitely return.

Positive: It had a coffee maker in the room. And a microwave and a fridge. Just the basic amenities. So many hotels/motels do not these days. Happy dance. Negative: Yes. The bed was a bit too hard.
