I have a few issues with this place.

1. I didn't feel safe when I noticed that some of the doors are not secure. Apparently they have been that way for a while, and instead of management fixing the problem, they just leave the side and back doors unlocked so anyone can come and go. I find that very disturbing, to say the least.

2. I stayed a few nights because I lost power due to the storms, and everyday I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. What kind of hotel doesn't have enough toilet paper for the rooms. I would think that as a basic need, this shouldn't be an issue.

3. I also noticed it was very cold in the common areas and in the lobby - don't you have central heating for the winter at least?

I understand it is a cheap hotel, but I wish the owner would at least pay attention to the bare minimum. Won't be back!

No way 3 *!! -1 at best! Tried 4 rooms and either furnace didn’t work or toilet!! Place had out of order signs on customers bathroom, no food in vending machines and no cars out front!! New worker was overwhelmed, and helpful but dumpy place! We left and did NOT stay. First time we ever did that in 70yrs! Disgusting

This hotel was disgusting. The comforter had a stain, there was urine in the toilet upon arrival, the shower head had a massive leak, the toilet top was broken, the mini fridge sounded like it was about to explode or take off to outer space so it was unplugged. The staff barely spoke English. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality inn Farmington mo has gone down. Very seedy crowd, didn’t feel safe so went elsewhere. Room and hall smelled like tuna fish. Room smelled also like bleach. Not sure if there may be long term stays there. May explain the element we encountered.

I'm staying here now 3rd night and last if I have to stay another night in this town it will be somewhere else .. they have not cleaned our room..we,v had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels

This morning 5/19/25
At 8:50 an elderly couple sat down to eat breakfast as the husband made his plate and set down on the table the front desk guy took the utensils from him so the husband asked for some utensils and it acted like it was a problem to give him a plastic fork and a knife to eat his breakfast that he had barely time is the guy was cleaning up behind him rushing them

Yours was the only hotel with a room because of the storm so I appreciate a warm safe place to sleep. I believe your staff needs to clean the rooms better. I had a 2 bed room, peeled back the covers and there was a stain on the sheets.

Booked this hotel when the weather turned bad and we needed to get off the roads. Very disappointed -- we should have gone farther or stopped sooner! Check-in clerk was not friendly at all. He made me feel like I was troubling him even though I had made my reservation online, so there shouldn't have been much for him to do. When I did my reservation, I requested a first floor room since my husband has mobility issues. The clerk didn't say anything about not being able to honor that request, so when I got my key, was surprised to get a second floor room. When I asked, he became very defensive and said I made my reservation so late that I shouldn't expect them to be able accommodate special requests. The property doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are at the end of each hall. There was parking near the door by the stairs, but when we tried our keys at the door, they wouldn't work. When I went back to the desk, the clerk said the card readers were broken on the outside doors, so you could only go out them, not come in them. Room itself wasn't bad. Breakfast room is only 4 small tables which were full the whole time we were there. They were out of eggs, sausage and milk so I had to go to the desk to ask them to replenish everything. The same person covering the breakfast area was also the clerk on duty. He seemed quite annoyed to have to quit watching something on his phone to tend to breakfast. It took at least 15 minutes before any food came out. In the meantime, several people just left. I realize this is a Quality Inn, but it was below standards.
