Sorry it's so long. But I had a lot of good things to report...... read ahead

I didn't know what to expect when i arrived. On the outside it doesn't look like much, Joseph whom worked the front when I checked in, he was so kind and patient with me. I had my fur baby and he was very welcoming.
I'll say not all places feel that way when they see you with a pet at a hotel
So appreciated that already. Joseph helped me check in early, gave me a great room and even offered to move me if I didn't like my room. Wow!!! That was so cool to me that they gave me an option. I ended up loving the large room.
2 queen beds, I had my sister sleep over and we could not get the T.V. to work for like 45 minutes.

I do not remember her name, it was around 6 o clock. I went and spoke to her about the t.v. she insisted to come help me with the t.v. Wow, again!!! Also she was very friendly and smiley. She came up to my room, fixed the t.v in a matter of minutes. With a smile on her face. I am so blown away by the quality service your staff has provided.

Although it may seem like small things. Obviously they understand it's the little things that count!
Comfy beds, our room stayed super cold when it was hot outside.
We had zero issues with other guests being loud or up late. Very quiet and relaxing.
Thank you to the wonderful woman whose name I can't remember. You know who you are and we appreciate you so much.
Thank you to Joseph for being so accommodating and even calling me to tell me I had left a few things. I got them back right away. I will be considering visiting more locations because if this experience. Great job to all the staff!!!!

I was born and raised here. I feel rooms were out dated and I feel like the amount I paid was going to be a better stay. Either you need to just update the room or close for the price of what you guys are charging. The breakfast what horrible too

No one was at the front desk upon check-in, must be short staffed. Room was mediocre although clean-ish, I could smell dirty dog all night. Bates hotel renamed the Quality Inn. Tiny rooms, even smaller bathroom (back in, back out). Located on the highway so traffic noise continued all night. Staff are friendly.

It is an older hotel, without a lot of amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is on the main drag. The young lady working day shift was very helpful. Satalite tv.

Nobody was at the front desk to check me in and I waited an hour before the employee finally came in and didn't say anything or apologize after I informed her that I had been waiting for so long

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly, and courteous. Only downside was it was close to the road, and semi’s roll past at night.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and cozy nature of the room. There were small additions like a makeup wipe and a shower cap that added to the convenience of my stay. Breakfast was just right, especially the coffee. I will definitely stay here again, next time I visit Parker for business. Thank you!
