The Quality Inn is a bit dated, but it's great value for money overall on a short stay. There's a free airport shuttle and breakfast is included. Staff were polite and the room was clean and the best thing was the extra large and super comfy bed!

The rooms were ok and parking lots are always full, and the airport drop-off shuttle was fine, but the pickup shuttle service was extremely disappointing.

We had to wait nearly 45 minutes at the airport, and the inaccurate wait times made it even more frustrating.

Initially, they told us 22 minutes, but after that time passed, they said another 10-15 minutes. Better communication would have helped us plan accordingly and consider alternate transportation.

We wanted to stay closer to the airport so it worked perfectly! They have 24 hour free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable & clean too. I’d definitely recommend!

The employees seem nice.

The room was dirty there was crusty bodily fluids on the hair dryer cord and the towel rack. The microwave was dirty too. The beds aren’t comfortable.

The breakfast sucked. Toast, waffles, and cereal. No eggs, no meat. No real sustenance.

There was also a suspicious “vent” above the shower. Wish I brought my camera detector. There’s no bathroom fan…so the vent directly over the shower is highly suspicious.

I absolutely won’t stay here again.

Just a place to crash. Shuttle is available every half hour 👍 Friendly place but dirty carpet. I wish I brought my slippers. Bathroom didn’t look clean. The tub still had some dirt. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but the ac and heater worked. Definitely a one night stay only.

Anna BANANA at the front desk pure happiness. People make the difference. Jose the driver awesome. Bar has all things you need. Chicken wings and drinks, Price is great. NO it is not fancy but it is affordable and again it is the peeps. You can pay more but I felt it worked in every way, We UBERED to a dinner spot. We have stayed more than once.

It is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Deadbolts were broken. Hairdryers did not work a toilet 12 inches off the ground that looked like it was for a child and worst of all when we tried to get transportation back to the hotel, we called for 45 minutes with no answer. Ended up taking a taxi. Please be aware of this hotel as it should not be a choice hotel. Find a spot if you are using this hotel as a park and fly, you will find no place to park. They accept way too many reservations for this opportunity and have a huge amount of very frustrated customers. Go anywhere else!

We will never stay here again. Cheap rooms but the service after the fact is disgusting. I booked through Expedia - because the offer was that if we stayed overnight - we could park there for 7 days for free and then each additional day was $15. We parked there for 11 days total. I expected to get a charge on my card for 4 days of parking based on what I was told WHEN I CHECKED IN. Nope. They charged me for all 11 days. Ive called the hotel 3 times - then talked to Miss Ruby (the only manager) and she was ZERO help then told me to call Corporate. Currently waiting to see what corporate can do. The three times Ive called - EVERYONE was rude and acted like this was my fault and that I was trying to get out of paying for parking. NOT the case - I am happy to pay for what we were told we would have to pay for. Rooms were NOT anything to write home about. Very outdated and definitely needed some TLC.
