Want to be Scammed? Go to NOT SO quality inn... They wanted to charge my card $150 over the room charge ... For WHAT? I'm almost 60 years old... What am I going to do to a room when checking in at 10p after driving all day... I ended up leaving $100 cash... Luckily I did... I go to check out and she goes and checks the room and sees a towel with makeup on it and says she's going to charge me $25 for a small white hand towel... Then she looked at the sheet and said there was a stain and that was going to be $75... I said NO FREAKING WAY... I didn't even do anything there . Then she went and got another guy to confirm that was there .. but, they can't talk in English... I do know Spanish... I ended up leaving with my cash and told people coming in this place is a scam.... Breakfast sucked too... If I would of put the $$ on my card... I never would of gotten it back... Please don't reply back with the same line you are giving everyone else ... Instead... Do something about it...

Disappointing Stay
I recently stayed at Quality Inn, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here—my linens and towels were visibly unclean and smelled musty, suggesting they had not been washed properly. This was extremely off-putting and made my stay uncomfortable.

On top of that, the hotel seems to nickel-and-dime its guests with extra fees that were not disclosed upfront. From unexpected charges for basic amenities to mysterious fees on my final bill, the lack of transparency was frustrating.

The pool was pretty small however it was a fun time with me and my friends, The hotel room was relatively nice however the chairs had a couple of stains that we couldn't tell what it was (white) the smell that the reviews write is just chlorine (little too much). A fun experience. And a taco bell just a block away. The breakfast was kind of minimal cereal yogurt and waffles

I recently stayed at Quality Inn O'Fallon and had an incredible experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool area. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The water was just the right temperature, and there were plenty of comfortable loungers available. The poolside service was also top-notch, with friendly staff ready to bring you refreshments and snacks. Overall, Quality Inn O'Fallon exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with an amazing pool!

I had originally left a great review, despite the issues we had, because the girl at the front desk was so nice & ask me too. However, I have now deleted it & I'm writing a true review, this is why. I went to confirm on my credit card that the $150 deposit was removed, it was, but there was a $25 charge. After calling the hotel to inquire, I was told the $25 was for a dirty towel. Which is a complete lie! I told him I was coming up there to see the towel & he said it wasn't possible. Now for the issues we had. Before booking, I called the hotel to insure the indoor pool was open, because my kids were out of school & we needed a hotel with a pool so they had something to do while I worked on my laptop. I was told the pool was open. I booked 4 nights only to find out the first night that their pool & pool room aren't heated & they couldn't swim! It wouldn't have been such an issue but the kids were off of school and now had nothing to do and to make matters worse, the next day we had to drive around from 11 am till 3 pm, when we could check into a different hotel with a pool. The room appeared to be clean, however, there was long black hair on the shower wall & I found black hair on the pillows & sheets, so the maid didn't switch the sheets, yuk, so we all slept on top of them & used the towels to cover the pillows. I think the maid claimed there was a dirty towel because before I left, I striped all the beds & pillows & put the sheets in a pile, so that she was forced to put clean sheets & pillow cases on the beds. The cable & the internet went out several times while we were there & since I work from home, I had to use my phones Hotspot to work.
Now for the good, I want to be honest. The room appeared clear and smelled good, other than them not changing the sheets from the prior guest. The breakfast was decent, especially considering the price of the room & both the ladies that checked me in & out were super nice & very helpful.
My suggestion is not to stay here, we ended up at Comfort Suites in FVH. The pool there was warm & the breakfast, staff & room were all amazing, however, if you decide to stay here, ask for extra sheets & pay your deposit in cash so that they have to check the room before you leave so they don't scam you out of it. I should have listen to another review that said to pay cash because they were charged $25 for makeup being on a washcloth.

Cleanliness was top tier! Peaceful environment for peaceful guests and staff! My entire stay here was delightful and peaceful! 10/10! I’m a firm believer in giving respect to receive respect. The prices are more than reasonable; considering you’re in walking distance from everything. I definitely plan to visit this location again someday! If you’re not lazy and clean up behind yourself (as we all should do anywhere we are/go to lay our heads or just rest vacation) then you’d learn to appreciate the huge efforts and continued commitment this staff puts forth! As someone who has prior experience in the hospitality industry/business I’d say they are on top of things! Upon first glance walking in I could tell that it was so clean and just could feel and smell cleanliness! The structure and maintenance is well kept! 10/10! Book at Quality Inn for peace/vacation/relaxtion/business trips! I’m sure you’ll love it!

I recently stayed at Quality in on 10/19-10/20 and had our two small dogs. Was told we would be charged $25 for each dog. No problem!! Until I checked my checking account and found they had charged the $50 payment 7 times and a $25 charge and my room charge of $167.50 for a grand total of $542.50 for a nights stay.

When I called them back was told it would be 3/5 days before they would get the money back to me. Too bad it didn’t take them 3/5 days before they yanked that money out. 😡😡😡 then the lady was mad because I was mad. Excuse me but you just took an extra $325.00 from me, I have every right.

Update 10/24/24: I still show 3 charges on my bank account of $50 and one for $25. According to my calculations that’s about $125.00 more than it should be. And it’s taking way too long to refund. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I still have not received my money back for the $25 dollar deposit and The 2 extra $50 dollar withdrawal they have taken from my checking account, . I called the Quality Inn on Friday and was told they would call me back today to make sure I received my money back. So far neither has occurred.

I still have NOT received the other $100 extra they have taken from my bank account. They said they would call me back, they did not. I did not receive my other $25 deposit back either. They scammed me from money and they never called. I would NEVER recommend this place. Shame on them and beware giving them your credit information. They STEAL 😡😡😡😡
