The hotel was very clean our room was very clean and comfortable the front counter check-in receptionist was so cool very personable. My only frustration was that the microwave in our room didn't work and we were not informed of that and it was New Year's Eve so we had food to warm up and couldn't warm it up because the microwave was broke. In my second qualm was at about 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning my husband went up to the front desk which had a different receptionist than the one that initially checked us in the night before it said that she could not warm my husband's food up in the microwave and then he would have to wait until the next desk clerk came on duty which made absolutely no sense to us saying that we paid for a room with a microwave and it was broke and she wasn't willing to warm my husband's food up but we saw the Jessica initially had registered us outside coming in and we told her what had happened and she went right away and warmed his food up for him. If it wasn't for the hospitality of the desk clerk and the cleanliness of our room that microwave would have definitely been an issue to me and the fact that the other desk clerk wasn't willing to warm my husband's food up for him that morning would have definitely been a reason for me to take that up with management and to never come to that hotel again. The other desk clerk should definitely learn from the first one on how to treat customers especially when there's a situation that the customer didn't cause.

Here for a weekend visit, attended colleagues event. Room was exceptionally clean. Service was 90%, I qualify this by not being informed of check in time, however Concierges are very friendly and informative. Location is perfect in the sense of location, it's a retreat in plain sight. Across the street within a 1/4 mile walking distance are multiple restaurants, cafes and shops Overall, feel refreshed and invigorated.

I love this hotel, the coffee in the morning is a blessing as well as the breakfast, make your own waffles. Laundry rooms, every door needs the card to unlock it so its tight security. Clean rooms. The location sucks 😭 lots of homeless people that confront you and make you uncomfortable 🥵

The check in was great - very helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed (and it all worked!), but was a bit worn - nothing major at all. We didn’t use the pool or spa area but saw everything and all looked clean and organized.
Free breakfast was offered, but limited options. Coffee was pretty weak so we had to caffeine up at the Starbucks near by.
We would stay again if we needed a night or two in the area.

Have a great stay, the rooms are clean and nice. Pretty quiet until the sideshow started. Some of the staff was amazing and nice but the lady at breakfast was rude and after we said good morning she never said a word just rolled her eyes and walked away.

It is a nice place near to everything. But had to get a new tv remote right off the bat. Then the bathroom light was burnt out. Handy man was already gone for the day. When my son arrived for his room he replaced it . other wise was a nice stay. The lady at desk was very nice.

My room had what was very obviously fecal matter in the restroom on the wall near the toilet paper. When I brought it up to the front desk they just gave me a different room without apologizing or showing surprise. In the second room, the remote had something white crusted onto it. The door handle was visibly soiled with what I can only hope--after my experience with the first room--was chocolate. Both the white stuff on the remote and the brown stuff on the handle came off with antibacterial wipes. Other surfaces in the room including the bed seemed clean enough. There is some sort of wood flooring which is at least less gross than carpet. The air conditioning unit had broken buttons so it took a while to figure out how to turn it on. The windows were really dirty, and the curtains were dusty. The "breakfast buffet" they advertise was DIY waffles (the batter was sour), some cereal, cheap yogurt, apples, OJ and some hot water came out of the coffee dispenser. No, there was no coffee. Yes, we were pressing the correct button and at first a little bit of coffee came out, but then it was just yellow water. Nobody was nearby to help with this issue. And there was 2% milk but no protein or other fruit.

For $120 a night plus a $200 deposit, I at least expected surfaces to not be visibly soiled and maybe some hardboiled eggs or toast? Idk, maybe it's just me.
