Our room was on first floor. The noise coming from the room directly above, was loud! We had to put in ear plugs to be able to get any sleep after midnight. You can hear footsteps and anything that is dropped on the floor. The room is in need of some repair. There was a large gap in the top door frame that allowed hallway noise and light. The door would scrub the floor and wouldn't open without some force. Looking behind the night stand, clearly showed that area is never cleaned. There is dirt and other junk behind it. The shower curtain in the bathroom won't slide on the droopy rod. This allows water to go onto the bathroom floor from the edge of the curtain. The sink is not inside the bathroom, it's in the foyer. The bed's mattress was not bad, the pillows appeared to be half-sized! Breakfast was tolerable but not nearly as good as from the McDonalds just across the street. There was a very dirty microwave and the coffee needs to be hotter in the Breakfast area. Overall, no I will not return to this place and pay over $100 per night for what is provided.

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, shower was great, good breakfast, friendly staff. It's a convenient location, just off the highway, with many nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. And try Joe's Pizza and Pasta while you're in town!

We were greeted by a computer kiosk who you could not understand. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. We opted to park in another lot for security concerns. Juice machine out of service. Rough crowd. We would not even try the breakfast. Very disappointed Choice Hotels.

Positive: The woman at the checkout counter when I arrived was helpful and friendly. Negative: I woke up to a leak in the roof at 4 am. I promptly left the hotel. At the departure time there was an employee who talked to me over a kiosk. No apologies about the leak just made a note of it.

Had no trouble finding the Quality Inn from the I-57 freeway. Check-in easy and lady at desk was very pleasant & helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast and we slept well because it was quiet. Would stay here again. Not overly expensive.

Room was very clean. Staff is SUPER friendly. Hot breakfast, excellent coffee. I wish they had biscuits and gravy as some of the other choice hotels do, but still a good selection for breakfast

Would not stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. We had someone bang on our door at midnight and wake us up to see if a yoga mat was left in our room. We also had water barely coming out of our sink. My wife had to fill cups up with water so we can brush our teeth. The bed almost sinks to the floor.Back door is unlocked so anyone can walk in the building. Terrible mistake staying here.
