Thanks to this hotel for booking rooms for my crew members. We stayed at the hotel next door and Elizabeth always treated me so rude and disrespectful. I reported every single incident to management and nothing was ever done. They called the cops on me for posting negative reviews. Good thing there’s not a law that prohibits us from posting negative reviews against such a horrible person. I do admire that management stood by her because I would do that for my employees, but if they’re disrespecting other clients that’s when I make sure they’re disciplinary actions. I would never understand what I ever did to deserve everything I went through with Elizabeth at country inn. She was the only one. She was up in my room trying to fix the tv when I asked her to move me to another room and she was so rude and disrespectful. I haven’t encountered a single issue at this hotel. So I’m all good. Thanks everybody for your hospitality.

Positive: The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The coffee provided in the room was good and the hair dryer was convenient. Negative: The breakfast choices were a little sparce, but considering it was free, it was good.

Sure, this inn has “quality.” Low quality. Firstly, if you’re a local and in a tough position, don’t bother renting here. Not just because you shouldn’t support awful people and horrible businesses. This place won’t rent to locals. Every member of this “business” should be ashamed of themselves. And if you’re traveling from out of town, I would imagine they’ll find some other creative way to waste your time or cause you some other type of inconvenience.

Arrived to sketchy looking hotel, did not help they were next to the Ramada. You can tell the difference just from the outside. Help desk at 3pm had attitude, very drawl tone/demeanor. Broken down car outside our room, dirty-dusty inside. Cable use input button not user intuitive. Morning staff much better in attitude. Decent "continental " breakfast. But would never stay at another "quality " inn.

Good location and very quiet. Felt very safe. Did not see any homeless or sketchy activities which made us feel very comfortable especially with our car loaded with camping gear. Bed was meh a little worn and springy and the room could have been a bit cleaner but for the price the expectations were all met.

Easy freeway access. Good for short stay in decent part of town. Nothing fancy or remarkable.

Front desk people were ok but were terrified of me.

I pay for my room and it’s a hundred dollars more! Only when I asked I was informed that there was a deposit.

But the dealbreakers (plural) were homeless people rummaging though the garbage bins at night….

….and cockroaches. Big ones.

I go to front desk, an old man is absolutely clueless as to what to do. I ask to speak to a manager.

He tells me there no manager on duty.

He digs around, finds one hiding in desk drawer; he informs me he is powerless and cannot address complaints or offer refunds.

Oh yah, gonna write an email.

Decent stay, some upsides. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Minor hiccups, average amenities. Worth considering for budget travelers.
