I booked a room for my daughter to enjoy her Birthday and to swim in their indoor pool. My stay there was a nice experience being treated with respect by the attendant who checked me in as well as the Breakfast server. However, after checking out and returning home I later receive a fake charge on my card for a blossoming stain on a pillow which is a blue tent of color. I informed them myself and my kids do not wear make-up nor had on costume make up. We only came to swim and sleep that was it. To be charged $50 for a stain we did not cause was a blow to the chest because I planned on being a returning customer. After driving back up there and raising all hell, they then spoke in their native tongue, but they made sure to give me my damn money back. I don't like thieves, and I will not be returning. TF.

Hotel was dirty, hallwall, entry way, room itself, all dirty. Bed was clean so I was thankful for that. Bathroom was gross and needs redone. The bathtub had so many scratches and gouges. Rusty shower head and old nasty rust stains down the shower wall. Sink was outside the bathroom with no towels or towel rack. We were in a room with a sliding glass door that opened up to the huge conference area, which was weird, also, the curtain was broke, so had to rig the end to stay closed so no one could peek in. Chairs were uncomfortable, floor had literal food on them, seems they didn't vacuume after the last guests checked out. And then there was the noise! It went on all night and we got very little sleep.
We didn't even try to go to breakfast, by 7 am, we just wanted out! Horrible experience all the way around.

Stayed there earlier this week.
Looked like the trash cans outside hadn't been
emptied in a few days.
Room was clean enough, but the desk clerk needs to learn better English.
Trash in the hallways, stains in the hallways falling plaster.

Room was not as bad as I read on other recent reviews, although the room we had smelled like cigarette smoke. Great location. Close to town and lots of food. Bed was comfortable. Entirety of room could use a face lift. Broken chair in corner of room.

Vent in the shower was absolutely disgusting and probably never cleaned. Shower itself did what it needed to, but wasn’t pretty.

The blinds wouldn’t fully close, so even at night we would get a BRIGHT LIGHT into the room, directly into the pillow area on the bed which was annoying. The light came from the building next door.

At 8am employees were going room to room slamming doors which sucks when you were out drinking until 2am and wanted to sleep in. I tried calling the front desk to ask them to be a little more courteous, but the desk didn’t answer.

Heat and AC worked fine.

I called the front desk a separate time to see if they sold bottled water and I was told they didn’t, but they offered me a water fountain / tap water to drink which I had to pass on. Luckily, plenty of places near by to buy water.

I’d probably try the La Quinta next time I stay in the area.

DO not stay here. The rooms are dirty beat up. The furniture looks like it is out of 1980 and beat up also. I was put on a bottom outer room. At 4:45 AM 2 diesel trucks outside my room started up and were left running. The room flooded with diesel exhaust smoke. I asked the desk attendant if he could ask them to shut them down or move them and he said nothing he could do. Also, there was no soap or amenities in my room and had to ask for them.

Bed was very firm, but sheets were at least cozy. Our curtain facing out had a bunch of holes in it. The door lock was janky. The door did not fit correctly in its frame. There were at least 3 fire alarms chirping all night. We paid for two atrium-facing rooms and only got one. It is what it is and you get what you pay for 🤷 that being said, staff were mostly friendly and the place was clean other than being run down. I wouldn't NOT stay here again, but I would probably try somewhere else before coming back.

First and second room did not have heating. The gentleman in charge was very nice. Unfortunately the room was not habitable. There was remains of human skin in the bedsheets and facial hair along with bunch of other hair along the beds. Clearly NOT washed and replaced sheets. Definitely not acceptable.
