Positive: The location and price. Staff is nice, the breakfast is nice. The water pressure in rm 315 is awesome, the fridge also works in that room. Negative: This week was all good, staff was nice, only down side was they had sausage gravy on the morning I was looking forward to the breakfast potatoes.

Very bad, be warned. I came here for FTC and they recommended this hotel because it was cheap. Please do research before booking your hotel. There is a holiday Inn right across that’s probably better. The bathrooms are bad, and the bed is even worse. It felt like sleeping on springs and the bathroom and the sink were separated. Just why? The TV is a brick, and the hallways smell like a cigarette. I swear this hotel is breaking Humanity rights on many levels.

No roaches that I noticed so that’s good. They have a decent breakfast and the lady I checked in with was cool. But you get that cold Eastern European feel.

This was such a disappointing stay. When we arrived in the room the window was open and my husband had a very difficult time shutting it. The phone didn’t work and the front desk didn’t want to listen or resolve the issue. There was no remote to the TV and it took two tries of going to the desk to get a remote that did work. The paper towel holder was broken and had two very sharp screws sticking out and very close to you when you sat on the toilet. The door hinge to the bathroom was sprung and you had to lift the door to shut it. The office chair was in such bad shape that we wouldn’t dare sit in it. The floor laminate was peeling up and a trip hazard. This room had safety hazards and should not have been reserved to any customers until things were fixed.

I usually sleep on top on motel room bedding because you just can't be to sure of them. This time I found some black hairs under the comforter/sheets, pretty sure the last person in the room did to so house keeping just folded them back like it was redone.

This was a fairly cheap room for the night, you get what you pay for, outdated and worn. Seemed like someone was moving out upon check in and there was some distinct smell from the elevator. A tad bit sketchy overall.

Positive: Morning Negative: The amount of marijuana use in the hotel was excessive. The carpets were dirty. The tiles were busted and lifting up. There was a hole in the shower wall. The lock didn't latch properly.

Positive: Have a decent continental breakfast Negative: I had 2 rooms. 1st refrigerator was broken, 2nd the hand shower water cable had a real bad leak.
