Positive: I've passed by several times and I had no idea it was so nice. The bedding was so comfortable. I found the website to purchase the blankets and sheets. The guys at the front desk were helpful and friendly. (Taylor and Noah) A special thank to Noah! Negative: No, we really enjoyed our short time here. Very convenient location.

Ive never stayed here but hearing how they treat their employees tells me enough. For the owner to go into the motel pretending to be a guest and when the NEW EMPLOYEE DOES AS THEY WERE TOLD and doesn't go along with you wanting a "special rate for a extended stay" then you get more bent out of shape over something so petty like having a hoodie on over their work shirt! wow! It's 25 degrees outside and the front desk is by a door that is constantly opening and closing? Sorry not sorry that their way of staying warm was not "acceptable" attire for you! Next time, they will just freeze for you if that's okay?
So you fire ur new employee over their outfit while standing at the front desk in front of other employees and guests. UNPROFESSIONAL! HUMILIATING! Next you proceed to treat them as they are a thief who stole from your business by telling them they are not allowed on the property anymore either!

Wait you don't stop there either!

Next plan is to kick out one of your Extended Stay guests WHO HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH THE SITUATION other then they were a family member to the employee you foolishly fired. That guest brought in over 3,000.00 in just 2 months to your fine establishment in case you guys were not aware!

Jokes on you guys though you could have still wrongfully fired the new employee but kept the Extended Stay guest to keep money coming in because your ex employee lives in their own place away from your drama filled hotel. They still wouldn't have been on your property as requested. You could have kept the thousands of dollars a month but you don't think before you act clearly.

You need to train all your employees again because the new employee not once did any of your employees work a whole shift with them so they had a chance to catch on to your computer system and a chance to feel comfortable with all the pricing and rules that was supposedly so set in stone and the employee absolutely knew all the rules. My A$$! THEY BARELY UNDERSTOOD HOW TO COMFORTABLY CHECK IN A GUEST ON THEIR OWN BECAUSE YOU LET THEM GO ON THEIR OWN WITH LITTLE TO ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING. HERE IS A THOUGHT IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ANYTHING ANY EMPLOYEE DOES MAYBE MAKE YOURSELF PRESENT LONG BEFORE THESE ISSUES ARISE! MY POINT IS LEARN TO TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES BETTER. A EMPLOYEE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THEY ARE TRAINED. ID SAY ITS TIME FOR A NEW GENERAL MANAGER WHO CARES TO PUT IN THE TIME TO HELP THEIR NEW EMPLOYEES! THEN MAYBE A GOOD AMOUNT OF UR OTHER EMPLOYEES COULD USED KICKED TO THE CURB FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL OTHER THEN YOUR ON YOUR MAN PERIOD HAVING A POWER TRIP. No wonder the owners are not more involved with their hotel! It's the blind leading the blind there! Everyone's people skills are horrendous both owners and hotel staff and if I could rate in the negative I would!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with quite a few choices. Room was in need of updates and repairs. It was clean, but old and well used (cracked tile, hole in the carpet, stained chair seat). Got woke up at 5am by loud employees in the hallway.

The new manager Angela is getting a good handle on the property and making it better very clean. The staff is a lot better responsive and attentive,it’s very convenient downtown and to local restaurants. I would recommend the property for business or vacation stay.

The room was clean and a comfortable bed. The pool area was very clean with a handicap lift. The front desk was helpful and friendly and they are there 24 hours for your safety and convenience. The breakfast was well stocked and a nice variety. It was the best breakfast we found yet in our travels. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the carpet in the common areas could use cleaning.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet even with trucking next door. Breakfast fair. Reason for this review: hotel rooms DID NOT HAVE SOAP! Front desk claimed “truck didn’t come in”. My thinking- go down the road to Walmart and BUY soap, or at least advise customers so they can go buy soap! Ugh! That’s a first and a deal breaker!
