The rooms were filthy. The bedding had stains all over them and the sheets had holes in them. The floors had dead bugs and dirt/ grime in the corners. I’ve never stated at such nasty hotel. Even the shower was dirty/gross. Was not restful as I felt like something crawling on me all night. TV remote didn’t work and the fridge sounded like a jet taking off all night. There was actually blood speckles on the wall by the bed and the room stunk so bad like stinky feet.. I can not believe they are associated with Choice Hotels

I think this is the dirtiest Quality Inn I've been in. As a Choice Hotel member, I have stayed in quite a few. There was a black ring in the toilet, dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom, and the vanity sink had hair in it. The shower didn't have any shampoo available. The bed was clean and comfortable, but I had to keep my shoes on to walk across the floor. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I do not recommend.

Older hotel but very clean. The only issue we had was the toilet being slow to refill. There has also been an extensive drought all summer so it may have just been a casualty of low water pressure. The staff was very pleasant and check in went quick.

If you are looking for a fancy hotel, it’s not your place, but if you want clean, pleasant, quiet stay at a value price, do not pass it up. I would happily stay there again.

The front desk host was amazing even for not working there before. He made the long wait to check in fun. Very knowledgable about the area. That is were everything went bad. We had several of us check in and 1 room wasnt even cleaned yet. The rest of our rooms atleast had clean sheets but they werent cleaned very well. Ours still had dirt and debris in the bathroom. The rooms ver sub par clean. Wont be staying here again

I was impressed by the kindness of the staff as well as by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. At this price point, a consumer shouldn’t expect the Taj Mahol, but the care and service far exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

Traveling with pets this is not a good choice. The room was dirty, the windows were completely clouded over and the remote control did not work for turning on the TV or changing the volume.

"We can't check you in until 2:00."
Not because the computer won't allow it, but because "my shift" ends at 2:00 and I am SO done. You can wait ten minutes until next shift arrives... which turned into twenty because next shift had a family emergency and ten minutes late (life happens, no issue there). If I hadn't have gotten a cab here, I'd have left and spent my money elsewhere...

Guy at the front desk was great. Room was pretty inadequate. No blow dryer. Had to get up to change channels on TV. Mattresses and pillows awful. Floors and bathroom dirty. Towels were
Clean.
