Room drapery, bedding filthy and stained. Toilet paper holder partially falling out of the wall. Smears of possible feces on bathroom door and wall. Bath tub drain plug mechanism broken. Sink drain/stopper missing.

It's ok, just first check to see if toilet actually flush, water not just spinning around. Of course make sure TV works. Main light switch didn't work. I thought price was a bit high for the quality. Not many options in Calera for hotels.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay there the room was clean hot water it was quite out there. The workers are very nice and sweet I can't wait to return. Room-112 the date was January 13 to 14 2025. Shanna Mcmillan

As a business owner of a self operating landscaping company, I have learned to recognize and appreciate quality customer service when I see it and ASHLEY, at the quality inn in Calera is the definition of Just that. ||I stopped by possibilities of having to rent a room due to issues with my vehicle. I know my phone is about to die as quick as I could ask to borrow a charger. She had already had one ready for me. She allowed me to let my phone charge, provide me a couple tools needed to check out the vehicle and lo and behold. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. ||I really really appreciate Ashley taking the time to help me when she did not have to. After working a Longer shift than usual at my primary job I was tired and frustrated and she was able to shed a little light on the situation if you ever come across this Ashley, thank you so much and I saw all the kids… God did too!||Robert N||North Star Scapes LLC.

Should’ve left when the man whom we thought was security, kept getting closer to my vehicle, which had just myself (a woman) and my baby in the vehicle, luckily my brothers noticed and got out and came and sat with me until my fiance came out. We got around the building and he had followed us back there. Once we got out of the vehicle he disappeared. We get in the room and theirs mold on the ceiling, the toilet could turn around in a full 360, the comfort,sheets, and pillows were stained. Thankfully we had our own. As we sat there we watched 2 cockroaches come out from behind the curtain. The beds were clean. That’s about the only thing that were clean. The bath tub was filthy. I didn’t even want to shower (I didn’t neither did my 2 year old🤢) it was midnight when we checked in because we could travel anymore due to a storm or we would’ve left immediately. Take my advice and keep driving. Lady at the front was nice.

My husband sent me here to enjoy a night away from our kiddos to get some much needed rest newly postpartum. The rooms were clean and the beds were not only comfortable but the receptionist was extremely kind and accommodated a late check out so I could take my time, highly recommend!

I really cannot complain about our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was not dirty, and there were no unexpected issues. The hotel it a little tired and could probably use some upgrades other than paint. The room had a faint cigarette odor when the AC was not running, but it was not overpowering. We had family staying in another room at the same property and it seems that their room may have been updated recently- so maybe our room is in the rotation to be updated soon.

The in room coffee was not good. The bathroom was clean but the finish was coming off of the tub which made it look a little scary.

The breakfast was fine. Again, the bed was very comfortable and a good nights sleep was all that we really needed. Overall I would stay here again.

There were bugs, stains on the sheets, the water from the sink smelled like sewer water and the bed had me itching all night. Also it was 8:40 and they were already trying to come into my room. Never had such a bad experience at a hotel and I usually stay at a lot of hotels for work.
