The room was nice but not the cleanest. Im glad I always have supplies for this. I also found black mold in the bathroom under the sink. I had a king bed and it was flat and uncomfortable.
The morning breakfast is cereal with only 2%milk, waffle, yogurt, juice and coffee..No protein! So again thankful for the nearby eateries. Nevertheless, it was worth the price.

Nothing special but clean and quiet. Comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, t.v., hair dryer and coffee in room. Restaurants in walking distance. Slept well.

Positive: The price was awesome! Negative: The room didn't smell fresh, the walls were not clean, the chairs were very dirty, the breakfast choices were not as good as other hotels, also the juice in the machine tasted watered down.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and lots of amenities. The hotel is also pet friendly. The hotel is quiet and clean. I travel for work and this is a nice hotel.

Booked hotel for 2 days. I called in advance to ensure that the pool was open and was told twice that it was. On the day of check in I called and asked again for clarification and was told that it was open. When myself and my kids went to check in, they tried to make me pay again.
However once we made it to the room, it wasn’t clean. I had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes. Spread was covered with burn holes. The floors were horrible!
We tried to make the best of it by going to the B pool. It was locked! After I had asked before getting there if it was open. Called the front desk and was told that it was closed due to maintenance ‘she guess’. Hotel guests were outside asking my kids if they knew where to get drugs from. My Last time patronizing this place. The staff was extremely rude at the front desk. No customer service skills at all!

We had a decent stay here. The room was comfortable, just the comforter had a small hole in it. Also the AC unit was under the curtains for the window, which made them pop up and light came in and it took a bit to cool. However other than that it wasn’t a bad stay. The pool looked nice but we got to the hotel too late to enjoy it. The breakfast at least when we were there was just waffles, cereal, fruit, and yogurt but I feel like that’s to be expected. The other thing is that the price listed here on google maps was not the correct price.

Check in and the room was fine.  I'm leaving a low rating because both Expedia and the Choice Hotels/Quality Inn  website list the pet fee at $20 per pet.  However, the hotel charged me $40 per pet.  After I'd paid, I double-checked the price on Expedia and went back to the front desk a few minutes later to get a refund for the difference. The receptionist told me that the hotel can't control what Expedia lists, and that $40 is their fee.  I later checked the Choice Hotels website, and it also lists $20 per pet.  When I pointed this out at checkout the next morning, I was again told the fee is $40.  This is not posted anywhere in the lobby, and, when I asked for this policy in writing, the receptionist could not produce it.  The onsite manager was sympathetic but said she couldn't authorize the refund.  She took my information down and said the owner of the hotel would call me.  Later that day, the manager called and said I would be refunded.

All this is to say, this was far more work and annoyance I wanted on the first day of my "vacation."  The pet fee is a complete bait-and-switch.  I do hope both Expedia and Choice Hotels addresses this with the operator of this hotel.

Its in a decent area but had alot of dope heads, even had a man passed out at the pool all day. The pool was green and the 4 days i stayed they didnt clean it once. Spilled a drink in the floor and cleaned it up with a towel, it turned the towel black housekeeping had to throw it away the next day. We had our dog so we had the dnd sign on the door the first day we got here so we didn’t receive housekeeping obviously, but we had asked the frint desk that morning for extra towels and we never got them so when we got back to the room that night it was 11 and i went to ask the nightshift girl for a few towels. She said “they didnt bring towels and your just coming at 11 at night to get some” and continued to be rude and unprofessional until we walked out. Ive worked every part of a hotel and its never been a problem for a guest to ask for a damn towel no matter what time it is. Morning shift man was really nice if you stay here id keep all interactions with dayshift.
