We actually really enjoyed this hotel! Very reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was great. The bed was comfortable, they have good pillows. It was pretty quiet for us on the 3rd floor, though other family members who stayed on the 1st floor said they could hear the person above them pacing at 130 am. Breakfast was great, with good eggs and sausage, a couple different flavors of waffles, and plenty of cold options. Didn't swim but the pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again!

Ok for the price. Clean, easy check in, pleasant staff, we didnt have any complaints except Needles was 118 that day and it was 108 at 8 am when we got up. Room stayed comfortable but had to run AC all night which gave everyone sniffles. Other than that we would recommend. Ate at a Restaurant they suggested andwas very good.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and were willing to answer all my questions. The air conditioning really helped with the heat . All in all I had a great experience here and would come back/ recommend this place to others going through here.

I received a room recently stayed by someone with a pet(only room available). With my light allergies, I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed at all. The room was deep cleaned. My allergies did not act up. There was not even a smell of a pet ever being in the room. FREE BREAKFAST! They had sausage, eggs, waffles, 3 choices of cereals, muffins, bread, pastries, and more. The gas nearby was over $6 a gallon. I recommend that you go further down definitely cheaper $4.49.

I am currently staying at this hotel and the rooms have a horrible moldy/musty smell. I have COPD and I have been up all-night coughing and having issues with my breathing. I had to take my inhaler (have not used it in months) within 15 minutes of being in room 133. The office moved me to 128 the smell was just as bad in that room. I finally got them to move me to a different building-hotel on the same property. Kinda strange two hotel names for one place. They put me in room 110 and the smell is in that room too. I did locate what looks to be mold on the dresser where the frig is kept-took photo. In room 133 you could see the mold and damage on the dresser where the frig is located. I also notice the same issue in 128. Think it is time to replace some furniture and do some deep cleaning. I paid $87.00 per night to stay at this hotel. I now have to go see a doctor because of my lungs hurting. So disappointed.

The Wi-Fi was non-existent, or at best, horribly inconsistent.

So download some Netflix movies before you get here, because you will be unable the 'stream' anything with the hotel wi-fi.

The room was perfect, bed so comfortable and the pillow so fluffy. People were so kind at the desk. Wish i could go to the pool but not enough Time. Hope to come back next time with pleasure. Thanks for your kindness and the gift you gave to us : pins route 66.

Front desk was friendly and efficient. House keeping manager was on her phone most of the time. I told her our floor was dirty and needed vacuuming and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. She said she would take care of it A job Not well done. She said she would try again. Better but still dirty. The breakfast area had a bowl of rotten apples on the counter. The good part—The beds were clean and comfortable.
