My entire stay at Pursell Farms was enjoyable. I do not golf but found plenty of activities to spend my time while there. The UTV experience with Justin was fun - hadn't drove a UTV in a while or ridden a tire swing since I was a child - and the views are breathtaking. Savannah guided our horseback ride up the mountain and even though I was a little cautious about getting on a horse again after 30 years - she and the horses put my mind to ease quickly. It was an easy and peaceful morning ride. The spa services that I had - facial and massage- were also top notch and left there feeling refreshed and relaxed. Visited the Pub several times while we were there - the food and the staff were always friendly as could be - make sure you spend some time at the bar and get to know Keith while you are there! Overall great experience and look forward to coming back.

Pursell Farms is a hidden treasure. Though we were only 1 hour from home we felt as if we had traveled to the Mountains! First class facility and service. Beautiful rooms and the setting is beautiful! Please take advantage of the outdoor activities (Justin is great!) so you get a feel for the entire resort. Highly reccomend.

A 5 star resort in the Alabama countryside. A must to stay at. The Sporting Clays are top notch. The resort grounds are absolute perfection. The staff is amazing. While we did not play golf, the course looks incredible, with carpet-like fairways. A place you just have to see in person.

Had the most amazing week and cannot wait to come back! Never thought I’d fall so in love with a place but in addition to the beautiful property, golf course and accommodations, delicious food and drinks, you can’t help but love the staff and their hospitality: |Melody and Madison at the front desk, Crystal in Housekeeping, Savannah at the farm, The restaurant teams: |Marlee, Darlene, Kristy, Trey, Laura, Diane, Heather, Chastity, Billy and Angel -|Thank you for making our trip beyond amazing with all your smiling faces, hugs, and chats. The hotel was amazing. The course, the best I’ve played in Alabama. It’s even better than the RTJ courses I’ve played. Staff is friendly. Overall the best golf resort experience I’ve experienced in the state of Alabama. All the amenities of an Arizona golf resort with the sweet southern hospitality.

Pursell farms was absolutely beautiful. We visited for a wedding this past weekend and I would recommend Pursell farms to anyone. It is off the beaten path and if we didn't attend for a wedding we would have never heard about it. We would like to visit again.

Over the top outstanding service and facility. When you see pictures of a resort/hotel online they rarely look like what you see. At least in my experience. This place is as good in real life as it is on the internet.

We were staying at Pursell farms for a wedding on site, which was absolutely beautiful. One of the things I wanted to do while being there was go to the petting zoo. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by Savannah Logan who was both outgoing and friendly. She talked about the animals, and let us feed the them. It was very clear that she was both knowledgeable and loving towards the animals in her care. Our experience with the petting zoo and Savannah was very pleasurable! Thanks Savannah!
