I had a wonderful experience at Pure Med spa Roscoe Village, great location with easy meter parking right in front. Wonderful medical grade skin care products available for purchase which is always a plus. Injector Michael who I cannot recommend enough is the only injector I trust with my services. Michael’s knowledge, attention to detail and talents truly make him an expert in his field. I know I’m in the best hands with Michael and he always delivers the results I’m anticipating! I would highly recommend this location and injector Michael, not only is he professional but has such a comforting energy which makes for such an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking any aesthetic services!

I just saw Michael for Dysport and I am so happy with the way it turned out. I really appreciated the time he spent explaining the process and his recommendations for my face. He was spot on and I like that he was so thorough and took his time despite being his last client on a Friday night. He also spent time giving me other treatment recommendations based on my goals. I highly recommend him. As a bonus, he’s fun and has a great personality too! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend you try him out!

Michael is phenomenal at what he does. I first saw him two years ago… Tried to go to somebody else and did not have the best experience. So I knew I had to come back to Michael. He is so professional, so kind. He literally talks you through every step of the way before injecting, goes over costs to make sure it’s within your price range, and recommends the perfect amount of fillers to give your face that glowing and lifted look! I do not even know where to begin.

Let's start with Michael. Michael, my injector Michael was absolutely NOTHING short of incredible. He has one of those personality is where he RADIATES with positive energy . While I was waiting for him to inject me, he made me feel so comfortable that I honestly had forgotten that I was waiting for a medical procedure if I am going to completely honest.

Upon the assessment of my face, he took into account EVERY detail, whether it be small, he took it into account .

I not only llan on being a repeat customer of his, but I am PROUD to say it as well.

So Michael if you are reading this, you are not only a PHENOMENAL aesthetician, but have a contagious personality as well as energy AND spirit.

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Pure on February 17. They were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment for Dysport injections within two hours of me calling to check their availability. Michael was my provider and he was wonderful. He completed a very thorough consultation, addressing my areas of concern as well as providing recommendations based on his observations. I have only received Botox and Xeomin injections in the past so Michael took the time to explain the similarities and differences between those products and Dysport. He is obviously a very skilled injector as my treatment was nearly painless and over before I knew it. Michael also went over additional treatments that I have been considering such as fillers, PRP, and Sculptra. I highly recommend going to see Michael at Pure for cosmetic injections! On top of being a knowledgeable and talented injector, he has a fabulous personality and made my appointment fun!

This location is a joke! My mom had an appointment there a couple of days ago and it was a total disaster. Her appointment was supposed to be at noon. When we got there the office was open but NO ONE was there. Zero staff! We called to their phone number and someone from another location said that the injector was on his way. Well..after 50 minutes waiting we decided to leave. It was all very unprofessional and the injector never arrived. Horrible place.

2nd part of this story. Because my mom had a Groupon certificate we decided to make an appointment in the Skokie location. Her appointment was on Saturday at 1.30pm. Punctuality is not the right word to describe that place. She waited 40 minutes or so to be seen.

Pure medical spa is lacking staff and professionalism...
