I recommend Pump It Up. The whole room is private, cleaned after every party, and has great AC. This is our second year throwing my son’s birthday party there! The staff is so helpful and watchful of the kids, so you don’t need to worry about keeping a close eye on your little ones. The private party is excellent because we know that the families we invited play well with our son and are kind-natured. I will admit that it is expensive, but you’re paying for the experience for all the guests too! No drama.

Pump It Concord was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our 10 year old’s Birthday there and they exceeded all our expectations! Even the parents had fun with all the extra activities they have in the room. From start to finish every was a breeze! The entire team at Pump It Concord truly made our party hassle-free. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves, and they took care of the rest. From set up to clean up! We literally didn’t have to lift a finger. They made the birthday boy feel so special as well and let me be the star of the show. All kids had an absolute blast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pump It Concord is Highly recommended! The staff and went above and beyond to ensure our party was a success.

Incredibly nice and welcoming woman at the front desk that accepted our groupon without hesitation, this was a great place to take three young toddlers who were out of school early two free jump session and we were there for a good hour and a half. Very clean. Lots of reasonably priced snacks and a bathroom!

Had a great experience at pump it up. The staff is very friendly and very informative and how the party will go. Great at setting up and making sure that the host likes the decorations. Definitely recommend for any little kid/ teenager party. Definitely coming back for future parties..

We just got home from a Pump It Up "glow mania" free jump on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't crowded since its mostly by reservation but it seemed that you could walk in too of there's any openings.Free jump is 2 hours for $15 & it was well worth it! My son had a blast & wants to go back again real soon! They emphasize safety & then let the kiddos loose to run, bounce & play. They also offer birthday packages & have coupons on their website. I recommend making a reservation though, they only let a certain number of kids in for safety reasons & parking but it's cool so time slots fill up fast!

It’s good place for kids to play. But, is good for kids who is 5 years or older. My older son is 7 years old and play very well. But, my younger son is 4.5 years. He could not play. Because it’s too high for him and also, it’s too dark for him. It’s clean with very good employees. They taking care of kids and watching kids to make sure everyone is safe.

Pump It Up is the ultimate place to host a birthday party! We recently hosted our son’s 6th birthday party at Pump It Up, and it was a fantastic, stress-free experience! The staff handled all the little details, from setting up the party room to helping with food, cake, and clean-up, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. The kids had an absolute blast with the giant inflatables. Everything was well-organized, safe, and perfectly suited for energetic kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we highly recommend Pump It Up for any birthday party!

Our son and his friends had an absolute blast jumping and it was a solid amount of time in the bounce houses. The party room was all decked out with the decorations we brought in and looked great! I loved how I literally didn’t have to worry about anything and they took care of it all! They did fantastic! 10/10 would recommend, definitely going to do it again! Only thing I wish we had brought a speaker to play some music in the party room 🎶
