Very poor after-sales service for replacement parts. My Pulse Lahaina model 1030 is out of warranty. I needed to replace the tub spout aerator. I was quoted US$52 for the part to be shipped to me in Canada. I declined that and asked for the dimensions/diameter of the spout aerator so I could source the correct replacement locally. It's a part that costs no more than $10. After opening another support ticket and writing multiple emails to their help desk techs and even their Managers to get the aerator dimensions, there's no response that answers my question (just because I declined to pay USD$52 to ship a small tub spout aerator to me in Canada).
There was only one response that it's "standard half inch" which is something that I don't understand. I have measured the aerator diameter and it's just over 1 inch. However I need the exact diameter in mm, just to be sure.

Ordered a replacement handheld shower head for my Pulse Kauai system that I have had for several years. They shipped it very quickly, but what I received was a USED shower head with a heavily scratched chrome finish and mineral buildup around the spray nozzles. I have tried to contact them via email, phone, and chat over the last few days and have not received a response.

I needed to purchase a high-end showerhead at the last minute. Since Home Depot or Lowes don't sell products like this, I was relieved to find a store in Watsonville where I could walk in and buy it the same day. My plumber was impressed with how quickly I got it and the quality of the system. The shower head feels bigger than I expected, and I love the matte black finish and the option to use the wand when cleaning the shower. It took me over a week to clean the water buildup on the system, and I was worried about the hard water stains on the matte black. However, a spray bottle with half water, half vinegar, a bit of dish soap, and a microfiber cloth took care of the concern. I will definitely purchase from this store again when I remodel bathroom #2.

My son's 3 1/2 year old Tropicana shower arm rusted all the way through. We sent in the Warranty form, and were very surprised a new shower arm was delivered very quickly. We recommend Pulse with high praise!

Best service department I have ever asked for help. Needed parts - no problem. Assembled unit - needed more parts - no problem. UPS delivery sent the same day regular mail! Can’t recommend their product and warranty enough.
