I just only 1 croissant, they wared it up for me and taste is decent. Good for hunger.

If you feel the urge for a coffee beverage while shopping at Citadel Outlets, you only have two choices: Starbucks and Pronto Cafe. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, and I typically prefer an independent establishment or a smaller chain. Well, I'm afraid this is the exception. Not only is the coffee not any better than Starbucks, but you also get a much smaller choice: no decaf, no soy milk, no other type of milk. In addition, the service is terrible, and one of the employees was downright rude to my wife. That's totally unacceptable. Highly NOT recommended.

Went to the ice cream stand they have and just gonna say it was quite the delectable treat. I got the mint chocolate chip ice cream cup and it was to retry welcomes. My sister got a cookie n cream cup and she said it was also pretty good. The staff was also very nice and very proficient. Overall, I’d love too stop by for another scoop of ice cream during my future visits to the citadel. 🙂

Yeah It’s Good But There Was Like Bubbles On My Drink I Had A Vanilla Shake Which Was Great But The Bubbles Were Like Bumps Drinking It I Really Did Not Like It And The Staff Were Nice But They Never Greet Me This Is Good For A Small Shop And The Ice Cream Looked Good.

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich and tea. The sandwich was delish and came out piping hot and fast. Tea was yummy too! Service was fast and staff were polite.

Just got done with my breakfast at Pronto Café, and wow was it good! I especially loved how the staff made sure to top off my coffee and were polite. Prices are on the higher end but that comes with the territory of quality food/drinks. The outdoor patio was a nice touch too.

I bought a coffee cake and it was hard as a rock. And when i went back to complain the association Said to me it need to be heated. And I told him I was not going to eat it now. I looked in the display case it was in and it is a refrigerator. So I said ok since it has been refrigerated I will take it. But then as i was walking out all the association started to laught so i took it back. Rude rude and again rude.
