Went in for a fill with French design. Long story short, sat for about two hours and this is how the salon nail tech was going to send me out of there. The manager offered to fix them but I don’t have hours to spend in a salon due to having a toddler and a full time job. They offered to charge me $20 and leave it at that. I stated I would accept that offer and post my nails online. She ended up telling me there was no charge. The manager tried to resolve the issue. The nail tech should have done better, thinking I wouldn’t notice the flaws nor would I say something.

The very next day my nails chipped after getting a NO CHIP, got these done for mt birthday and they didn’t last til then. I’m taking pictures now, a week later & this is what the nails look like. Idk what kind of no chip is being used but my nails should still be intact. I never spend money on nails and I regret doing it.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and this is the best nail salon. They are very nice and have a very clean salon. Highly recommend!!

I’ve never made a review, especially a bad one, but this place was extremely unprofessional. I don’t know how they are named professioNAIL. The 2nd picture is what I asked for and the first is what I got……I showed the lady doing them a reference picture in the beginning and it didn’t help she didn’t speak at all…let alone she didn’t speak English. So I kept saying square and she made my nails round? I had to go to my regular place and get them fixed right after. Plus the manager made me pay for THAT still. Ridiculous. Place needs to be closed because they also burned my nails with their super hot gel machine dryer. Never cheating on my usual nail place again cause this was a disaster.

I went here for a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails was so rough on my natural nails! She used a drill to take off my nail polish, I’m guessing to cut the time down. Natural nails take a while to grow and a drill should never be used on a real nail bed, I could feel my nails burning. She buffed my nails out so rough that a nail broke and she insisted instead of cutting it down to stick it together with glue. I knew my nails were weak considering the damaging drill and rough buffing done; so I asked her to please fix it with an acrylic nail to match my real nails and again declined! I also asked them to apply gems but anything I asked for as a customer seemed like it bothered them when I shouldn’t feel bad for speaking up about my nails that I am paying a service for. I wouldn’t have minded any extra costs for a complete service but I spoke up to be told no which made me not feel respected or comfortable in the establishment!
Not even a week later and this is how my nails look, anytime I used my hands my nails bend because of the weakness and I have two broken nails now 🙁
I couldn’t even get a proper French manicure for $60

Came here based off the reviews and I’m impressed! Ben is very detailed and takes his time. Right off the bat he treated me like a friend and did my nails marvelously. Little does he know I was having a bad day, and his friendliness made it all better. Don’t be sad, go get your nails done! 😊🖤

I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years by another place and decided to try a new place. The man was polite but nothing about my nails said “professional” or quality. They looked nice for a day or two and little by little started lifting and falling off. Never had I had that issue. The conversation was that of politics and religion which is the definition of red flags. The atmosphere was dark, dirty and hot. Highly don't recommend.
