Stayed here last minute as we got caught in a snow storm. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy with great attention to detail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the TVs were really nice too. Staff was really kind and accommodating. Coffee bar in the morning was also great!

Me and my boyfriend went here for Valentine’s Day, and I should have known things were sketchy when they didn’t ID us. First of all, our room was given away, then not only that, they charged us $250 saying we “ruined” their sheets with absolutely no proof. Now today, I was just charged another $100 saying we stole candles, but didn’t bother to report it during the month we were actually there? The people running this inn are scam artists and they’re not even being smart about it at this point. Do NOT go here, they will make up reasons to charge you as many BS fees as they can.

I met friends in Chino Valley for dinner and stayed here to avoid driving home over the mountains in the dark. On checking in the hostess and pup greeting me were very friendly. The room was small but very nicely decorated and immaculately clean! There were two water bottles and a bag of microwave popcorn as a welcome gift. The bed was so very comfortable! Soft but supportive, not sagging. The air conditioner was set to very cool which I like however I could not find how to adjust the temp if you needed to do that. There was an outdoor space that was very inviting with large shade trees and comfortable chairs with paved walkways. In the morning they put out coffee to enjoy outdoors. I thought the property was nicely landscaped and the cottage rooms adorable. I would be happy to stay here again.

I recently got married in chino valley and rented out the whole hotel with my bridal party. It was such a special experience to have the hotel to ourselves and to spend that time together. It was made so special also by Peggy at the Primrose. This may be an RV motel but we received 5 star service from Peggy that made our stay so wonderful. From signs she wrote out with our names on them to her checking in with me and asking if I needed anything, she made us feel like family and I knew I didn’t need to worry about anything while we were there because Peggy had our back. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen because of how much they went out of their way for us. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the courtyard was so homey. Thank you Peggy, I won’t forget just how much you did for us on our special day!

I like to give credit due where it's due. This is a very awesome American Run Mom and Pop run Motel, Inn, Air BnB. Glad that I stopped in here. The Staff are very accommodating, and very polite, and down home. The Owners did a very Educated approach to running a Superb Professional service Oriented business tailored towards the American way. The Bar Staff Darcy/Skylar are above and beyond . Nice, polite and care about the customers that come in here. Thank God for Local owned American run small operated establishments. Owners should be glad and proud of the Staff that they have chosen. Please take care of them as they are the biggest asset that a business can have . The cooks are the most important function of the business. They bust ass day in and day out. Please say thanks to the good Cooks Jordan and Brandon. They are great cooks. Fantastic little hotel/motel ! Location was perfect for visiting family in Chino Valley. | Our room smelled fresh and super clean, bed was very comfortable and they provide a generously stocked coffee bar. ||We would definitely stay here again.||Thanks for the hospitality

Loved the staff very informative friendly down to earth. What's stop what they're doing and talk to you and answer your questions. Love the patio with the fire pit the refrigerator with cold water available 24 hours the coffee bar open 24 hours the bathroom out on the patio was large and very clean the rooms were great would recommend to anybody going up to Prescott

We just stayed the night in the casita at the Primrose and it was amazing! Beautiful room with all the amenities not to mention a beautiful courtyard which we really enjoyed! Best part was we got to bring our dog “Allie” and she loved it! We relaxed by the fire pit with a nice glass of wine and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance. Marie was great! She answered any questions we had and offered great suggestions for meals. Definitely want to return and stay a little longer.
