I had such a great experience here! Taryn did my microneedling and she was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable from the start and explained everything really well too. My skin looks and feels so much better already, and I’m definitely going back to Prima for more treatments. Highly recommend Taryn if you book here!!

Run don’t walk to Prima Med Spa. While it’s local for me, I felt like I was in a fancy downtown Chicago Spa! The esthetician Taryn is amazing and created the most relaxing environment while giving suggestions to get the best skin outcome. I’m getting ready for my daughter’s wedding in a year and already people are noticing my glowing skin!

I’ve tried out a few med spas around the area and Prima has been my favorite!! The lobby is so cute and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend seeing Niko for your injections. He has great communication, is super knowledgeable with the products/placement, and the kindest soul. I can’t wait til I work with him again! 🤍

I am not one for ripping small businesses but I feel like I needed to share my experience. First negative review here. This is in regards to their laser hair removal package. I purchased their buy 6 get 6 free last year. I have seen not 1, not 2, not 3, but what appeared to be the 4th esthetician in training with the owner at the front desk as I arrived. Red flags everywhere with the quick flipping of employees! Keep in mind this is all within a year-span. I was not surprised but irritated I had to deal with someone new yet again. I was in for my 12th and final treatment so I thought no big deal. The owner, Ashley, calls me up to the desk with a rude tone claiming they went above and beyond more areas that were supposed to be lasered and that my package ended in August. This was simply not true. At my last session, I discussed with the esthetician that I had one more session and potentially seeing where we were at at the end (if I needed to buy more sessions etc) which I fully intended to do because I still have hair (of course the icing on the cake after 11 treatments). I believe I saw the owner Ashley for one of my treatments after August and there was nothing relayed about that to me. I tried to buy at least one treatment to finish up the laser and since I drove all the way there and she said no. She then quoted me almost double what I bought the original package for and tried to sell me their monthly membership. I simply said no and walked out. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this business to anyone based on the customer service experience and overall disappointing end result of the laser treatment.

I went to prima for the first time yesterday for a vampire facial and it was the best experience!! I had Alyssa as my esthetician and she was so thorough, gentle, and just incredible at her job!!! Best esthetician I’ve ever been to BY FAR!! The spa was also just so cute and clean, I loved it from the second I walked in! Such a great vibe there. Would recommend to everyone! Can’t wait for my next service with Alyssa!!!

I purchased a Botox special on groupon. I was able to easily schedule an appt on their website. Everyone there was super nice. I had Niko. He sat with me and went over all my concerns. I have previously had botox several times at my dermatologist. (I've always kept track of the amount of units I get and where exactly) He actually recommended I go with less than what I normally get there. He said what I was getting was a lot.
It has only been a week and I am so far satisfied with my results! After 2 weeks, I'll see how it all sets and if needed, I'll go back to get more if I want. But overall all, I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you!!
Also - they don't use alle but they have their own rewards program that you can scan when you get there.

I have been going to Prima Med Spa for about 5 years. I have only had great experiences with all staff members. I recently had Niko for the first time and although new to Prima, his level of experience (and gentle hand) showed quickly. He asked a lot of questions, and really made sure we came up with a plan together. I Highly suggest Niko for any/all injectable options!
