My husband is currently staying here for work. The water heater went out and they are saying it will be 5 days before they can fix it for him to take a warm shower. They aren’t even offering partial refunds or anything for this inconvenience.

Under construction. Didn't say a word when we made the reservation. If these are the renovated rooms. They are a complete joke!!!! They put us on the floor that the construction was on, so very loud!!!! The front desk was completely clueless and the only ice machine was on the first floor and we weren't!!! And the first floor has no rooms and the website or the staff communicated any of this information to us before checking in. Totally disappointed ☹️
