For those people who only read the beginning of reviews, let me say that we would 100%, without hesitation, highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas! For those who like details, we were fortunate enough to meet Nolan at a home and garden show and he was incredibly helpful in designing our pool as well as the landscaping for our yard. He was very responsive whenever we contacted him and worked with us to come up with the perfect design for us. We were able to work with him from another state while our house was being built and the day we moved into our house, Premier had already been there and spray painted the outline of the pool in the backyard. They broke ground two days later. They were very good about sharing information and letting us know what to expect via e-mails, texts and phone calls. Having never built a pool before, this was very helpful to us. They let us know how long each part of the process was going to take and what to expect when looking at our backyard throughout the process. We were able to have several meetings with Bryant, our construction supervisor, who was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the pool building process. They gave us an end date for our pool construction but it was actually done and we were able to get in it more than three weeks earlier than they indicated. Everybody who came and worked on our pool was fantastic and they worked really hard to make our dream a reality, even in temperatures over 100 degrees. We are so appreciative of all that Premier did for us and we are incredibly happy with the result!

I had every intention of giving a 5 star review, but that wouldn't be honest. While we had several other companies give us quotes, we decided to go with Premier Pools and Spas because we liked their product best, for the price. We also had an amazing experience with Scott as our sales rep. He was thorough and patient and definitely listened to what we wanted. Bryant, our construction super, was awesome at delivering updates and had knowledge of the next steps and took his time explaining everything to us. Throughout the build process, we were emailed weekly with updates and what to expect notes.
Unfortunately, once the pool was filled, it's as if we don't exist anymore. We tried reaching out to the warranty/customer service rep a week or so ago with a few minor issues we have found or are experiencing. We have yet to hear back from anyone. They also left their sign at our house, which they never even put up. We are so beyond disappointed for the lack of communication with the after build/fill support.

Custom pool design - Scott, he worked with us so many times “cause we’re picky and changed our minds like 10x” freeform or rectangle, slide or no slide, grotto, no grotto, Jacuzzi or no Jacuzzi…. He stuck it out with us until we had our dream pool.

The superintendent- Bryant was super cool, very polite and pays attention to detail. We set expectations and communicated next steps throughout the construction process.

We live in maricopa and the land is soft so a large portion of the cement lifted up due to weight of the pool. Shelly the Warranty Manager was already working on fixing. They removed a huge section- completely replace it and matched it can’t tell the difference. What superior service for Premiere Pools & Spas. They have a customer for life and recommend them to friends all the time.

Our family took our time in deciding to install a pool, we received bids from 4 different companies and took 6 months to select Matt Ovard and Premier Pools and we could not have asked for a better experience!! They were not the cheapest or most expensive but their attention to detail in the design and transparency in the estimate made them stand above the rest. After selecting Premier Pools we didn't sign our contract for another 2 years because we were still finalizing our decision. This whole time Matt was patient and friendly, there anytime we had any questions or concerns and tweaking our design anytime we requested without trying to pressure us.
When we finally started the construction process Bryant our construction supervisor was added to the team and both Matt and Bryant were there throughout the whole process answering any questions and resolving any issues I brought up. All of the different subcontractors used throughout the process were top quality and we never felt like they were cutting any corners. The final product looks just like the model we created and revised during the design process and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!! Even now that the pool is complete I can call Matt with any questions or concerns even on Sundays! I have and will continue to recommendation Matt and Premier Pools to all of my friends and neighbors!! From start to finish we felt like we were dealing with close friends and even now after we are done it still feels that way!! You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them to build your back yard dream!!
