Positive: I did appreciate the maintenance Woman who brought back a fan that was awfully Very Respectfully Nice and Kind of her. I gave her 25 ? Negative: The air-condition was not working and when it was open thee air filter was completely black and had so much dust collected into it. The shower was dirty smelled not fresh especially for being in non smoking.

Terrible Stay – No Heating or Air Conditioning!

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was freezing cold. Despite complaining to the staff, nothing was done to fix the issue. It was impossible to sleep comfortably in such a cold room. On top of that, the overall condition of the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

I stayed here many times due to being homeless after leaving my abuser. They profile you at check in! If you’re African American, or appear to be homeless or you don’t meet their standards they put you in the filthy, outdated rooms on the 2nd floor. Literally every time I stay they put me on the 2nd floor and they always rented me the same 3 rooms. I begged for a room on the first floor because I had a lot of baggage with me and I don’t have use of my right arm and they refused! They told me 2nd floor are the only rooms available, which was a lie because they rented a Hispanic couple and a white guy rooms on the 1st floor without them even having to ask! A friend of mine told me she thought all the rooms were crappy until she walked past a room on the 1st floor while the housekeeper was cleaning. She said the furniture was nice, clean and less outdated. It had a bigger TV, newer lamps that actually worked. The bedding and towels appeared nicer, they weren’t dingy looking and stained like the bedding/towels they provide us. It had clean hardwood floors instead of that nasty, musty, sticky, stained carpet that’s almost in every room on the 2nd floor. You can’t walk on that carpet without your feet or socks turning black. It’s disgusting! You have to keep the window open at all times because the carpet has a terrible odor. I would always request a non smoking room but they smell just like the smoking rooms. You have to stay for 5 days for housekeeping to clean your room, which makes no sense at all, but that explains why the rooms are so musty and filthy. If the rooms were serviced daily they would be in better condition. The carpets wouldn’t be so stained and nasty, there would be less mold, the bathtub wouldn’t have a permanent brown tint, and they would be able to minimize the linens becoming stained and worn out looking. Would help with the odor too!! Housekeeper literally got mad at me because she said I didn’t need new towels everyday. I’ve never stayed at a hotel or motel that had a limit on towels!!! They won’t take your trash, you have to dump it yourself. No microwave, only a fridge that may or may not work. No blow dryer and no coffee maker. Housekeepers try to avoid you or will ignore you when you ask for tissue, cups, towels, etc. They will tell you they will stop by your room to bring you what you need but they never do! You have to literally approach them and demand what you need! Walls are paper thin you can literally hear the person next to you take a piss! The location is great though! Right next to Chili’s, there’s a gas station on the corner and Walgreens is only like a block away. I hope they start making some improvements and stop profiling people. EVERYONE should be allowed a nicer room especially if they request it! There’s bad reviews from 3 years ago and NOTHING has changed!

I was going through somethings at home so I got on priceline and found the Premier Inn Concord, but I didn't know it was all that, everything was A plus Stars. No drama No issues Respectful neighbors. Can you believe I asked a guy with friends in his room to turn down the music at 1:00 in the morning while they were drinking believe this or not by 1:03 the music was lowered to where I could sleep, security was cool, not trying to be to much but security guards. I enjoyed my 4 day and I promise you I will be back. Thank you Premier Inn Concord California. 5÷ stars

Positive: Location, price, and a nice swimming pool with an unjetted spa Negative: Filthy 'smoking' room with stained carpets, failing cabinets, no tissue, almost unihabitable. You wouldn't want to walk in bare feet.

Do not ever go here!! I booked a room here late, right when you walk in the room you can tell it has not been cleaned. The walls were yellow, carpet missing under the beds, mold around the tubs and a small tv to accommodate for two beds. In addition, the small fridge is rusted the white paint is chipping from it!! This is definitely the worst hotel I have booked.
