I have tried Pot on fire at Cerritos before but Chino location is my favorite now. My family like hot pot, so we have gone to many hot pot restaurants in OC and LA, specially individual hotpot like this style, Pot on fire is the best flavor. My family ordered spicy beef, curry balls, lamb pot, and miso seafoods, all hot pots are tasty. The pots are hot and fresh, hopefully they improve the quality of porks because the porks are too much fat.

Fried Mini tofu is my favorite too, very crunchy outside and soft inside!

Sunday lunch was a total letdown. There weren’t enough ingredients or drinks ready, and even though we arrived at 1:30 PM, they said there was no free black tea or green tea available. All we got were two glasses of water, which is completely different from what they claim to offer. This has never happened at other branches before, and the whole experience was just terrible.

Omg this place was better than boiling point. I have to thank my buddy, she took me here for lunch. And all I can say is this place was delicious.

I got the Taiwanese spicy pot and I got it spicy level. It was perfect and the sauces omg just mix all 3 together and it’s 🔥.

I recently visited Pot on Fire in Eastvale, and it was absolutely fantastic! The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the broths were rich, flavorful, and packed with depth. You can really tell they take pride in their recipes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for sharing a hot pot with family or friends.

If you're looking for delicious, authentic hot pot with fresh ingredients and excellent service, Pot on Fire is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back again soon—highly recommend!

Honestly, this deserves 4.5 stars. The reviews said the service was bad. I came with my family on Mother’s Day. They gave us free tea. The food was pretty decent. The atmosphere was decent. But the service was actually pretty good. They told us we ordered on the bar code, and we can see the menu with the bar code. I got the kid menu udon. The rest of the family got hot pots. I think we all enjoyed our food. Plus, in one of the reviews someone said that they couldn’t order a kids meal because they were adults. But, during my visit, I saw an adult eating a kids udon. So I think this actually deserves a 4.5. ⭐️

Food is ok.

Just a reminder to you visitor make sure when you order you hotpot tell waiter that you want "beef".

Because if you don't mention it
they won't ask you what kind of meat you want to choose. I think they do it purposes... if you don't mention it. they just serve you "pork" for ever hotpot you ordered. After all you know cost for pork is way cheaper than beef in USA.

I just decided to change 4 star to 1 star.

YOU CANNOT EXPECT ALL CUSTOMERS TO READ YOUR TINY TEXT ON THE MENU (WHERE YOU SAID CAN SWITCH TO BEEF FOR EXTRA MONEY). IS RESTAURANT WAITERS JOB TO ASK CUSTOMER.

DON'T WE PAY TIPS FOR YOU TO DO YOUR BASIC JOB?

The Hot pots and snacks here are really good. They use an online ordering system where you place your order on your phone even when dining in. This is nice as it let's you take your time when ordering and you can even add to your order even while eating. Ironically, the system does not accept payment so you still need to do that with the waitress.

The rating is for Taiwanese steak set. We were here for lunch and wanna try out the steak set but told the noodles were not ready so we could only have rice. The steak portion is small along with one broccoli and an egg. I would say the ones in Rowland Heights tastes better and portions are larger and even comes with corn soup. Most importantly, that one is cheaper too. Anyway, it is a hotpot place so we shouldn't expect too much.
