The owner is nice nasty beware. The $40 skin evaluation from a nurse practitioner is very fraud like. There is no skin evaluation just a foreign lady on an iPad asking you if you have any health issues and allergies to make sure you don’t verbally say you have anything that will interfere with laser treatment. The iPad nurse will ask the exact same stuff from the medical history questionnaires. There is no one looking at your skin or evaluating your problem areas to determine anything. So it’s basically like a $40 non refundable bs charge to protect them medically and from getting sued I suppose. They also have no problem over charging you for services you don’t use or need either. She created her own price list and under no circumstances did she try to accommodate me price wise. Appointment was cancelled and rebooked 6 sessions for $550 with a more established company. We try to support and grow black owned businesses but sometimes black people are more about their money vs long term clientele and being fair. Paige is polite best thing going.

My appointment was for a hybrid lash set at 5:30pm with the store closing at 7pm. When the tech came out to greet me her demeanor was as though she was disappointed that I had showed up to my appointment. The tech asked what style I was interested in and I shared my photo. She told me that it appeared to be more of a volume look. I expressed interest in upgrading to a volume set, however, I was told that there was not enough time to complete a volume set. Therefore, I found a photo of a hybrid set and she agreed we could achieve that look by 7pm. Prior to her beginning I inquired about how long I should book parking and she told me 7pm. Ultimately the set that I received was a classic set and we did not finish until after 8pm. My car was at risk of being ticketed and she never told me the time as my eyes were closed the entire time and I was unaware of the time. When checking out the tech told me that my lashes were too thin to achieve the look I wanted and she charged me for a classic set. My eyes were also burning throughout the service and when she was done my eyes were glued together and tearing. I was able to book another tech for the next day located in matteson and she was wonderful! Truly saved the day, she removed the lashes from posh and gave me the full volume set that I wanted and my lashes were not too thin!

Very friendly staff. Yvette at the front desk was very pleasant and informative. Paige was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. The entire process was very quick and quite painless. Also, the aesthetic is super cute on the inside. I cant wait until my next appointment!

I absolutely love this black owned spa…. From the receptionist who is the sweetest and so personal to Paige who does my laser treatments consistently and so efficient, and kind. It gives a very lux experience. It’s so hard to find the correct laser treatment for woc. This has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
