The fish sandwich was surprisingly crispy. The last time I had it was a bit soggy. The cheese sauce was creamy, no lumps. The fries were ok, I wish they were a little bit more crispy. I did enjoy the large pickle on my sandwich. I thought they would have small slices. I wasn't impressed with customer service. I can't believe they have their employees stand in the cold nearly negative degrees to take orders. I feel rushed when they have it like that. Also when you drive up to the window you aren't greeted properly. You will sit at the window without knowing how long the wait will be until you get your food.

First time at Portillos. Ordering was super easy at self serve machine. Food served hot & hot. Loved the burgers, fries, hot dogs. And the chocolate cake. You have to get the best ever chocolate cake!

The host Xzayveonia is very very kind, professional patient, helpful and polite. She goes above and beyond her job in politeness . She informed me that Portillo’s will be serving breakfast also starting April 15th. Wow I love the expansion. I term Portillo’s French fries with the cheddar cheese sauce as the cheese sauce being liquid gold. The French fries are good too alone or with barbecue sauce. The Italian beef sandwiches are fire🔥yummy, I get nacho cheese sauce added and gardenia hot peppers, so yummy. Their chocolate cake, strawberry cake is so rich and good. The manager Kiarri is very much involved in making sure customers have the best experience and she’s very polite and kind and after raving so much about how good Portillo’s is she informed me that they have lemon cake as of yesterday . Wow yummy. I already know it’ll be rich tasting and good and I’m definitely going to embark on the lemon cake. I love Portillo’s ribs, cheeseburger and their cakes and so does my family and friends and co-workers and I have eaten Portillo’s even when our children was young. My daughter is now 34 years old and still love Portillo’s. Yesterday she ordered the chili dog meal. She love their strawberry cake and cheeseburgers, Italian beef and other foods and desserts on the menu. My grandchildren and my mom even love Portillo’s, everybody love Portillo’s! Basically we Love Portillo’s and the excellent customer service. We Love Portillo’s ! 🥰❤️

Haven't eaten at a Portillos in years. I don't understand what people love about them! At least not this Tinley Park location. We visited the drive through and ordered two Italian beef/sausage combos, w/ added cheese. What we received were two very dry not even warm sandwiches (bread super hard) with a half piece of unmelted cheese on each sandwich. Also, not even a half cup of Italian beef. What a joke! Large fries weren't even full. I gave hubby some of my fries so he'd have more. The food was surely a joke! Sometimes you just want a quick bite to eat but I will stick with making these sandwiches myself at home. Will never ever spend money here again! 😭

We ordered a Polish and chopped salad to go. Both were good. I will not be getting a hot dog anymore as the skin was like rubber. Threw it out! Hamburger was ok. Cheese fries good! The quality of food isn't there anymore!

The Chicago Dog and the Cheeseburger was so good I was forced to take a nap.

The service was great and it didn’t long to get my food even though they were very busy. I noticed that the place was nice and clean irrespective of people coming and going from the dining area.

It’s always nice to walk into a Portillo’s location.

Went to Portillos and ordered a drink and I thought I had ice when I opened the lid it was to my surprise I had the tip from the fountain machine in my cup!!!! I must say this is pretty upsetting and disgusting that this was my discovery. How can you miss something this big falling in someone's drink?!?! Make sure you check the quality of your food/drinks and make sure you don't get surprised with an object. Working at a food manufacturing company I can tell you this is a BIG MISTAKE AND A BIG NO!NO!
