So the drive thru crew at Portillos is always super nice and helpful if it was fpr them 5 stars but 3/28 Get Friday lent fish sandwich around 6pm...it was awful
I emailed corp and asked them "how black and slimmy the lettuce has to turn before you toss it and stop serving it to customers... no response
Do not go to this Portillos,!

Was looking forward to a good burger. Waited a long time in the drive through one car ahead of us only. After long wait the burger and fries i received was cold. Didn't feel like going in with it. Spent enough time in the drive through. Disappointing 😞

Absolutely terrible .
Paid over $33 for 2 sandwiches and 2 small cheese fries at the drive up window, of which one of them was a burnt fish sandwich. How could they possibly serve this to anyone. I called them immediately once I arrived home, spoke to the manager Ashley who guaranteed me that I would receive a credit on the account for the so called disgusting fish sandwich. Still no credit and its now Thursday. Spoke to 2 other managers of which one of them was Marco who could not credit my account but compensated me with coupons. Marco was very understanding and apologized for the incident. Quality of Food used to be so much better. Prices went up but Quality of food definitely went down

I used to frequent this partillo's quite often but they kept getting the orders wrong took a break for a while came back and once again my order is wrong ordered wet and it was dry as a board! What is so hard about READINDG THE TICKET ORDER AND FOLLOWING

Food was horrible!
We ordered two Italian beefs, which were fine.
We also ordered a beef and cheddar croissant, DRY (no juice).
Also ordered two orders of onion rings.
When we got home, I discovered the beef and cheddar croissant was "dripping" in juice; apparently it had been dipped in juice.
As a result, the delicate flaky croissant was turned into mush, making it impossible to hold in my hand.
The onion rings were overcooked.
It is sad to see this from one of my former favorite restaurants.

What the heck happened to Portillos . I got a combo .. worst I’ve had in many years with cold shredded bagged mozzarella. What a shame to see this place go to crap .

I ordered early in the day when it's slower, expecting to get my food more quickly, but when I'm waiting for my order the staff is just chatting with each other and not noticing for several minutes my order is ready. I get slower periods but they should focus on the job if there are orders waiting

Portillos charges way to much to throw food together and not pay attention to the details of there orders.Its always careless mistakes when I come to this location. The staff needs to be trained better, to accommodate their customers!The staff taking orders in the drive through should be more pleasant & friendly!Time to do better Streamwood Portillos!!!
