Carlos and Dynamic Pools really delivered for us our dream pool/spa. Took us over a year to finally make a decision and sure glad we went with them. Carlos eye for function and design working within a budget has made our back yard our little paradise which we will enjoy for years. Our build took 8 full weeks most recently which we attributed to the busy summer months, so if your in a hurry wait for the off season, or try and be patient, it will get done and be fabulous.

I contacted 6 different pool companies before choosing Dynamic Pool Design to design and build my pool. Carlos was the bomb in his designs, it was like he was inside my head because he designed exactly what I had envisioned in my head. They gave me the largest pool and the most features for the money over the 5 other companies. After a few delays from inspectors, they were able to finish my pool in 6 1/2 weeks. I could not be happier. It is only March and I have been able to get into my pool several times. I definitely recommend Carlos and the entire team at Dynamic Pool Designs.

My wife and no I bought a new house and wanted to put a pool in once we closed on the house. Carlos from Dynamic Pool was a huge help with design, timing, pricing and responce times. We had a few different quotes from different companies (all the main ones around town), but carlos was the one that actually listened to what we wanted, incorporated everything we asked for and suggested great add ons that coincided with our vision for the pool. He kept in touch with us through every step of the pool building process, answered all our questions any time we asked and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. On top of everything Dynamic Pool was the cheapest quote we received for the pool construction. The personal touch and commitment from Dynamic Pool would make me work with them again, regardless if they were the cheapest quote or not.

Used them a year ago for some repair work, I believe they overcharged me for the simple replacement of the Motor Drive. I called them originally due to prior relationship with one of their employees who serviced my pool. Last week I called again to discuss a problem that I was having with my pump. They took my information and advised that someone would be in touch with me. Still have not heard from anyone. I would not recommend them to service your pool.

Well I was going to wait to see what was possibly going to be done with my yard. Dynamic Pool Designs LLC as we all know did my pool and my yard... my pool is nice and about the ONLY thing that was done correctly. I'm going to say I'm pretty disappointed at the care and the work we had done. My opinion of this company is if you're not spending more than $100,00.00 on your yard you're going to get taken care of poorly and when they have time for you. I will show you photos of my grass that they laid down by someone named Alex, who they say is a "professional" landscaper.... the people who they had come to do my porch and decking around the pool, the first time they came out they didn't have all the equipment needed to do my job. So they were scheduled to come back to my house multiple times and didn't show up. It took 3 weeks to get that job done. They broke a shelving unit we had in my backyard which took a month to replace (with a very cheap one mind you) then when they dug behind my patio by my grill it moved the whole foundation, which made all my blocks separate from the grout, they moved and some broke. I was told it would be fixed by Alex the "professional" landscaper..... well he didn't show up multiple times when I was told he would. Then when he did come to "fix it... he didn't have ANYTHING with him to put in the grout.... so what did he use to do it......THE DEODORIZER FROM MY GRASS!! I couldn't make this up if I wanted. The SECOND time he Came out AGAIN WITH NOTHING, he used the Little grout we had and then filled the rest with the DEODORIZER!!!! Now I paid over $2,000 to have my grass stuff done and $400 for clean up, which I still have poles in my yard that haven't been taken. I keep being told someone will get them and it still has yet to happen. Mind you these were taken down in AUGUST!! Oh and Cassandra the Office manager kept calling me for final payment before my grass was put back, before my porch was done, before my fire pit was.working, before Alex came to "fix" my gazebo porch. So when I FINALLY paid Cassandra the rest of the payment I expressed that my grass looks like patchwork and my gazebo porch is still not done.... she told me she was going to show Carlos the OWNER.... this was 11/13/17 I haven't heard back from either!!! So I sent another message today..SHOCKING NO RESPONSE. They got their money and I guess they are ok with shotty work being done.... so figured they would be ok with this review. Gave a 2 because the pool so far is ok, it's only been 2 weeks.

This company did great work and Carlos Azarte was very responsive when we had questions. The only complaint I had was timing. We were given a 6-8 week completion time and it's been 12 weeks and they still are not 100% complete.

Gold standard company and customer service! By far the best, most honest pool company in Tucson.
