The sales team was courteous and patient with all our questions. They ordered it promptly and it was delivered exactly when they originally said it would be. The installation crew was equally wonderful. They were mindful to take care of our yard and deck when maneuvering the spa to its final destination and when they were done, not one piece of packing or debris was left behind. Great group of folks. From the time we went in and bought the pool all the way to post install. The fact that you got updated communication every Saturday to know where your install was on the list. They even worked through some wet ground during install. Instead of going on top they opted to wait and ensure it was done right. Even post install we have been in to have water tested and purchased floats etc. Hands down top tier service.

Got a text that we could get 20% off our chemicals for the up coming season. This was offered to existing customers before the 2025 "new prices" came into play. We arrived at the store the next day and was greeted as we came through the door by Hayley. Miss Hayley is always happy and helpful. She let us know what we used last season and we adjusted it to what we already have left. Great experience and recommend Tri-State Pool and Spa. They are ALL very helpful and knowledgeable.

This company has been outstanding! They were on time with the install. Had a damaged wall, and they had another one ready to go the next day. The crew was hard working, and were very courteous. When it came to clean up, there was not one piece of trash laying anywhere. Sky was wonderful to work with, answering all my questions and concerns.
