My brother and I were setting up an 18-foot round pool when we stopped by Pool and Spa Clearance Center for some advice. The team there gave us incredibly helpful tips, and I ended up purchasing a new liner. I even took the day off work to install it myself.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and I received the wrong liner. When I reached out, the owner immediately ordered the correct one. But what happened next blew me away—he sent his crew over the very next day to install it for me, completely free of charge.

I was genuinely touched by their kindness—it was such an unexpected and generous gesture. I will never need to look for another pool company again! Thank you, Pool and Spa Clearance Center, for your incredible service and kindness. The Miller family is beyond grateful!

You would think if you were a repeat customer and spent $11,000 on a pool you would get exceptional customer service. Well don't expect it from this company. CJ was great at selling us the pool but don't expect anything else from him. I understand that weather can be a factor but when we purchased our pool from Martin recreation over 20 year ago it only took 1 day to install it. Pool and Spa took over a month and they cost us more money because of all the damage they caused. They damaged my newly constructed deck by cutting wood that wasn't even necessary because we put the same size pool in. They also set the heavy pool liner on our ac unit, which damaged the fan blade that we had to replace. I have included several pictures so you can see the type of work you can expect from this company. Greg was horrible following through with the agreed contract. We had to make several calls to get anything completed, we also had to call several times just to get the ladder once the pool was finally installed. I have worked in the finance and sales industry for over 30 years and this is by far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. We definitely won't be a repeat customer again. Please give your business to someone who cares and appreciates you.

Update: in response to the owner, please don't let this man fool you. He is a liar! He is correct we have a balance of $500 which he told my husband to hold out for warranty, that's why I said I spent $11,000. I have enclosed pictures of just some of the wrinkles in my liner that we both know will never be fixed, not to mention they also cracked my skimmer. Also I wasn't comparing you to Martin recreation, they aren't even in business anymore, probably because they treated their customers the same way you do! As far as the size of the pool, I understand that it was a taller pool. However, 24 ft around is 24 ft so your guys had no business cutting up my new deck! If you really want to be fair I can send you a bill for the $1500 extra you cost me!

Extremely Rude. DID A TERRIBLE JOB INSTALLING THE POOL I PAID FOR! COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY ENTIRE YARD! Didn't smooth the floor of the pool and the footprint and creases hold dirt/sand. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE FLOOR CLEAN. Installed a used pump that quit working after two months and then tried to charge me for an upgrade. I just told him to fix my pump under warranty. IGNORED PHONE CALLS DURING INSTALLING POOL. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A POOL FROM THEM.

We have been so pleased with Pool and Spa Clearance! They installed our pool in no time at all and spent hours making sure it was completely level - this required hours of digging. In addition, I broke the plug to my filter and they replaced it at no cost. We have spent almost every summer day in our pool and couldn’t be happier! We built a gazebo as well so when the pool is closed down, we will still be able to entertain near it. There will be a lot of UGA games watched by the pool!!!!!

As a 1st time spa owner, Pool and Spa Clearance Center made my buying experience very comfortable, convenient, and stress free. I had limited knowledge of spa features, specifications, and models. I came in with a lot of questions, all of which were answered clearly. After extensive searching and shopping around, I decided to get my spa from these guys and couldn’t be happier. My new spa was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. We’ve been using the spa for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! First time using this company. Came out to give an estimate replacing pool liner and were able to complete the job all in the same week. Also very helpful with replacing parts to our existing pump system and replacing the sand in the filter. Very reasonable price, courteous staff, efficient work and very accommodating. I contracted with Greg at Pool & Spa Clearance Center On January 19, 2021 to move a hot tub to my home. I purchased the hot tub from a friend and was able to be there when they arrived to load the hot tub. There were only 3 people sent to move a 7-8 person hot tub. I contacted Greg to let him know I didn't think that was enough people to move it and he assured me they knew what they were doing. As soon as they lifted the tub to put it on the dolly, they cracked a panel. I asked them to stop and we contacted Greg to ensure he would cover any damage. He agreed he would. We moved forward with the move and as I thought, there were not enough people and I ended up helping lift and push the hot tub through the yard and onto the trailer. I texted Greg after the tub was set up to ensure he was sending a replacement panel given I paid him in full. He assured me he was. I texted and called Greg 18 times over a period of going on 2 months and every time was told he was working on getting the panel. I continued to give him benefit of the doubt and remain patient. He continued to deflect and make excuses. Meanwhile, I have a piece of styrofoam that is leaning up against this hot tub and while this review board does not allow me to post pictures, it looks poor and isn't functioning to insulate the tub. Greg did not honor our agreement and I would discourage anyone from doing business with him.
