Cat does such amazing work! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she made them even better! Plus, it’s the first time I’ve ever had my nails done and they weren’t tender sore afterwards. I’m so lucky to have found her! Plus the energy of the staff is a whole vibe and I love it.

I have been looking for a friendly nail salon forever and someone suggested this place and I’m so glad! They were so extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t find a certain color I wanted and like 3 employees came over to help. The nail artist took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!! My artist name was Hannah and she was great!

I've been going here for over 5years but this past Sunday 07/14/2024. I wasn't pleased. I got an overlay and gel polished on my nails and toes and I was told it was $90. I understand inflation , but this doesn't seem right. My nails are uneven. Polish is chipping I mentioned the price seems off and I wasn't given a real explanation or break down. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Hannah is simply amazing! Very detailed, super patient and extremely accommodating! The salon is clean and the options are unlimited. I highly recommend Hannah and Polished 31 Nail Spa…if you have not experienced them, you absolutely should!

This salon is amazing, I came in after not being satisfied by another place and they were able to fix everything! Ms. Hannah stayed late to finish the job, and explained to me the process of what she was doing. The picture doesn’t show how beautiful they are! Definitely stop by and have them fix you up. I saw Cat today. She did a fantastic job. She explained what she was doing step by step. We are try to get my natural nails healthier by putting a dip powder manicure on. I had a bad acrylic job done about 3 weeks ago somewhere else. My nails were damaged due to that. I love my new dip powder manicure. It’s not thick and I didn’t have to put my hands under the UV light. It was great. I’m definitely going back.

This is my first time at the salon as I’m not from Alabama but I had an amazing experience with Cat! I loved how down in detail was with my nails and explaining each step of what she was doing. She had an amazing personality that we could talk about anything together! I definitely recommend working with her.
