I do not know how the doors stay open at this place. I have never been treated so poorly by someone that is taught to have manners and be polite to their patients. I was doing her a favor by choosing her services. I paid HER, she was working for me and I didn’t pay to be treated so inhumane. I didn’t see her open anything , so she could have used anything . That is not acceptable at all nor professional. They will never get the chance to be little me again. I do not recommend this place at all.

It’s so hit or miss with this place. I have been coming here on and off for years. I honestly think she either doesn’t know how to measure the proper amount of dysport or she’s purposely watering it down. And the only other explanation is she just doesn’t place it the right areas. Maybe it’s all of the above. Don’t waste your money with this place. I went for several touch ups and the dysport is still only lasting at best 6 weeks. Other places it lasts me 4 months.

I turned 40 this year.
I went in here to apply some filler to my temples and cheeks. I’ve had this same filler done before in those same areas of the face. The doctor here did it and made my face asymmetrical. She applied the filler in the wrong place, the hollow on the right temple is still there and the filler was applied on the lower part close to the corner of my eye. Looks really bad.
I waited more than a week. Came in to ask her if she can just remove it.
She told me she doesn’t remove filler, she had a bad attitude about it also. Made me feel very uncomfortable and bad. This was my first experience here. I will not return here for anything. Messed up my face and told me she can’t do anything about it..she’s not going to. Also she asked me why i would want it removed? Terrible
I’ve never felt this badly at a professional’s office. She has a big smile on her face always, but treated me terribly. We are your patients and you are responsible for making sure we are contented. Please do not go here for any treatment.

I had some fillers done that were injected below my eyes. It was a nightmare! My eyes drastically drooped. Dr Bell kept saying it will go away. After a week, each day getting worse, I went to another doctor to find out she put the wrong filler below eyes and this should never have been used in eye area, period! . The doctor at this other clinic injected on 3 different occasion, something that would diminish the awful bagging she caused and it worked. Dr Bell didn’t care. A year later, I was told she had staffing issues due to an unprofessional atmosphere. Please save your money and don’t go. Go to another clinic in Dothan. I recommend Gulf Coast Dermatology in Dothan.

I have been very please with my treatments here. The staff are always so nice. Dr. Bell is always kind, patient with my MILLION questions, and I never feel like she is trying too hard to sell me on anything. In fact, one procedure I wanted, she suggested that I try something at home first...then try this procedure if I was not pleased! She never makes me look fake...I just look rested. My experience has been incredible and I will be a customer until I move too far to see her!

Stay away from this place! The owner Amanda Bell does not know how to run a buisiness or how to treat her customers AT ALL. She couldn't care less about any of them! I can't even describe her as rude, it's much worse. My mother was going to be 5-10 minutes late to her appointment (we drove 40 miles to get there and hit traffic) she called and informed the office and they acted like that would be no problem. Well we got there and the owner told her "I'm not going to be able to do everything, you should have been on time." My mom then said she'd like to reschedule because she wanted to have it all done at once (she is getting married soon). That's when A. Bell totally lost her temper and made nasty comments to her as she was walking out the door and would not stop! Staring her down the whole time! I then went in to ask what her name was. At this point she is raging. she told me that this is her property and if I don't leave right now she's calling the police as she's walking closer to me cornering me to the door! (I am 19, by the way!) Also, my mom has gotten Botox there before multiple times and had droopy eyelids from It for weeks. I have read other reviews where this has happened to other clients. This lady does not know what she's doing and is the craziest person I have ever met. I left shaking and choked up because it was so creepy. Her business needs to be shut down and she lose her license. She doesn't even deserve one star!!

I read a lot of these reviews, so wasn't sure what to expect, but I found Dr. Bell to be extremely professional. She didn't push anything on me and, in fact, suggested I wait on doing what I thought I needed and try a few other things first. The consultation was free, she listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I think sometimes people confuse strong, professional women with being "mean" or "brusque." I found her to be both professional and kind. I'll be scheduling another appointment.

Dr. Bell put filler in my face on each side of my mouth in December 2021. Nothing happened! Went back today to show her there was no change. She said she could do it again but it would cost me an additional $427.. I told her what she did in December did not work. She told me I could go somewhere else and have a facelift. DO NOT GO TO PLUSH MEDICAL SPA. She is very condescending and does not care. She only wants your money! I will “NEVER “ go back. I think she only used saline when she did the original procedure. I showed her a before picture and asked her if she could tell a difference? She would not answer me. Again she told me I could go somewhere and they could cut my face and have a facelift. PLEASE be cautious if you go to Plush Medical Spa at 548 Westgate Pkwy, Dothan, AL 36303. I will be notifying the BBB.
