If it was possible I would give this place no stars. Came through tonight with big order. About 80 dollars worth of food. Waited for the food because was not ready then get to the window and the order completely wrong. So then we add to are order to make it right to have to wait 30 more minutes. Then they miss a fry after telling him 3 times for him to tell me that he gave it to me and would not give me another fry. I mean over a French fry. I will never be back here again and I have read so many bad reviews and now I understand. I have spent a lot of money here but never again will I come to this place!!!

I wouldn’t give a five if i didn’t see improvement, but every time i come here it gets better. they are faster, kinder, and the atmosphere they create is one that is a family type one. we ordered the pizza with pepperonis and jalapeños that they did remember and served to me. the pizza pro pizza was good as pizza pro always is. the burger we got was juicy, and cooked well. the fries that come are so crispy, we honestly could have had three extra plates of just those. the corn dog was hot and fresh.
we ordered a chocolate and caramel sundae, and they were so good! they come with whipped topping, a cherry, and peanuts. we also got two blizzards with reese’s, that were also phenomenal and creamy.
it is pretty costly for a meal like this. our total was about $55.

Had to leave. Couldn't take the over the top singing coming from the kitchen. I will come back. My family likes Pirate's Cove. I just kinda tolerate it. But the full volume crooning is just too much.

The entire town was closed off for a Christmas parade that blocked traffic for a good 20-30 minutes. Due to the one lane of traffic into Dover no one could enter. Even back roads weren't reachable due to the traffic. After back and forth calling them and the app I ordered through, Pizza Pro refused to remake my now cold order due to the hold up or issue a refund. Disappointing! Manager is a penny pincher who would rather lose a regular customer than make things right. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Atkins it is from now on.

Tried calling for over 10 minutes so drove down to see if was open, they were, had 3 cars there and sat at drive thru window for almost 10 minutes before someone came, when I said I had called several times was rudely told that she was too busy to answer the phone. I could see 1 other staff who was on their cell phone in the kitchen area. It made me completely decide to get food else where. Service is typical noce and respectful but this experience I doubt I will go back now.

We were driving from Eureka Springs to Mount Ida for our family vacation when we found this place and let me TELL youuuu it is worth the stop!!!! I’m kinda weird about my pizzas but OMG! We tried the Mexican pizza and a CYO with pickles and both were delicious. The Mexican pizza was absolutely hands down my favorite though. Literally the best I’ve ever had!! 10/10 recommend!!! On the way out my daughter got one of their shakes and we all wished we had gotten one too. Hopefully one day we get to come back here.

I have eaten here twice now, once for breakfast and tonight for dinner. I have had a good experience both times. Breakfast was good, the entire family was happy. It was a little bit of a wait but it’s a new restaurant and that, for me at least, is to be expected. I went for dinner tonight specifically to try their burgers after hearing a bunch of people talking about negative reviews today. It was a good burger, came out hot, exactly how I ordered it and tasted like a burger. I really enjoyed it. I can honestly say that after hearing and reading reviews the only problem I’ve found is that everyone who doesn’t run a restaurant seems to think they know how to run a restaurant better. From how the food should taste to what should be on the menu. As far as the actual food and service is concerned I have been impressed twice now and am excited to have them in town. Good service. Good food. Thank you Pirates Cove!
