Good location. Park has pretty surrounding views. Our first stay will not be our last. Clean environment. Very friendly check in and accommodated to our site. Thank you! Nice people. Noticed no unsightly homes or campers. Which was a welcoming environment. Keep it up?

This resort is perfect for a busy 55+ person or couple.

If you love being controlled, watched, screamed at, unwelcomed, ignored, then this is the place for you! RULES RULES RULES THAT BETTER BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES (unless you are a permanent resident)...OR ELSE. Amenities closed and front desk has "no idea" when they will be available again. This is a 'private' community and they prefer to keep it that way. Go elsewhere if you don't want to hide in your RV all day long and would prefer to socialize with other "happy campers".

During our journey to California, we stumbled upon the Pioneer RV Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt secure and well taken care of. The resort staff even escorted us to our campsite, ensuring our comfort and convenience. It's worth noting that a sewer line support is required for set up in this park, but it's a small price to pay for such a fantastic experience. Overall, we absolutely loved our time at Pioneer RV Resort and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch camping experience.

Need to update their website, they do not allow rv dumping anymore

We have two large dogs. Someone saw poop on the edge of our lot and took a pic. They said it was our dogs. They said they had pics of our dogs doing it. I asked to see them and the story changed to tgey saw me and my dog doing it. Then the guy I assume is the big Jack wagon, says he saw them do it with me. First off the only time I am out with the dogs is before daylight. It’s completely pitch black out. Now let’s talk about Mrs Julianna’s attitude along with the head Jack wagon. I am a disabled veteran about to have my second hip replaced in a few weeks. I told them I should be using a walker to get around. His response was why are you standing at my window? Then he says time to get rid of the dogs. Then he goes no disrespect. They think their crap don’t stink. I think it’s pretty funny how bad the reviews are

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay at Pioneer RV Park. Staff is friendly and helpful, we had great neighbors, Park is clean and well maintained and the location in North Phoenix is great. Out of the hustle and bustle with beautiful desert views but close enough to shopping and dining. Will be back next year for a longer stay.

Don't go. If you need to camp with your motor home, use reverse and don't bother. Before we went we made reservations. They wanted photos and descriptions of our dog, car , license plate. Ok, we did that that. Then got there with a different car,... Well, we didn't tell them in advance. Then the word from behind the glass was since we pulled a trailer and had a different car it would take about an hour to do the paperwork. It was our fault for not advising them of the change. We left and stayed at PLEASANT HARBOR . It was like being released from prison and going to a fun and pleasant place. Recommend anywhere but PIONEER.
