By far my favorite place to stay in the wasilla/Anchorage area! We plan to come back and stay again! 🌲🗻🌲
Over the summer, my boyfriend, I and my brother planned a three day trip to wasilla to visit with family and we booked a room here, it was affordable and beautiful, it was close by Walmart, and had an amazing view of the mountains. Very friendly owners and good breakfast! We had a blast and want to go again this summer!

We stayed at Pioneer Ridge for several nights in August, with a large family group, and had a wonderful experience. Our family felt right at home and enjoyed the game room, the outdoor deck and patio, and the fabulous views of mountains in the distance. The breakfasts were superb and varied, and they easily accommodated the vegetarian in our group. We highly recommend this B&B.

Nice little place with awesome views. The owner was really nice and helpful. Game room, sauna, upper deck scenic view, snacks and more. Very laid back and easy going but also professional and respectful. The price is also very good for the service received. Will be trying to book this place more for my wasilla/palmer trips.

What a beautiful place! Amanda was a down to earth host and provided an excellent breakfast with vegetarian options. The views are amazing and the room was very comfortable. They even have a sauna to enjoy. Highly recommended for all ages and abilities.

A perfect stay for us and our 3 kids! If you're flying in to Anchorage, whether it's to see Denali or Seward or Palmers musk ox farm, stay here instead of in an Anchorage hotel! Beautiful home, great breakfast, luxury touches, private spaces, and close to the highway!

We really loved the stay here. Beautiful views, clean well decorated rooms and they were easily able to accommodate our group of three. Breakfasts were delicious and every little amenity was made a available compared to other B&Bs that just provide the basics. The large breakfast and family room and extra game rooms were an added touch. Space was not cramped and provided different options for entertainment for those in the group. I would highly recommend.

This was the first placed we stayed in Alaska and by far our favorite. Amanda, the owner, was beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the recreation room was wonderful, the glass viewing area on top gave amazing 360-degree views, the kitchen and living room were perfect. Amanda provided lots of snacks and the breakfasts were amazing, especially the lemon-blueberry pancakes and sweet potato quiche. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were cozy. There is not one negative thing I could say about Pioneer Ridge Bed and Breakfast. I wish we could have stayed there for our entire trip. You cannot go wrong staying here and try to stay more than one night if possible. You will not regret it. |

The views of the mountains and the valley from the inn are gorgeous, particularly the 360 view from the glass area above. Rooms are tastefully done, kitchen and laundry equipment well appointed. The host Amanda is super warm and friendly. Our family of five enjoyed the lovely breakfast- including a generous fresh fruit salad and a blueberry crumble. Would definitely recommend the place for a base between Anchorage and Talkeetna.
