This was my go to spot for full sets, I received a full set on Saturday afternoon and by the following Monday a nail had already fell off it is now Tuesday and another nail has fell off. Keep in mind I work in an office so I do not abuse my nails. Paid so much money for them to fall off 2 days later!!

Trust the poor reviews! This was by far the WORST nail experience I have ever had. Have you ever had your nail so short that it's tender to touch things? That's what they did to 6 of my nails! So much they used dip powder over and over to create a new nail. Now mind you I had month old nails so I had plenty of nail to shape. The over-filing was ridiculous. In the end I did not get the color or shape I requested at the beginning of my appointment. And still was charged $50 !! Save your money. This is not the place!!°

I got stilettos with dip powder. The nails are pretty, I was really impressed by how expertly my stylist got the stilettos in perfect shape with minimal adjustment. I also got a refill a few weeks later with a different color and loved how they came out. They’re experts in that realm.

Items of concern I had were, the glue used and how they remove the nails when you’re eventually ready to take a break.

The glue or bonding that they used made my fingers burn. And when I say burn, it felt like a chemical burn. I’ve never experienced this getting a set before so I don’t know what that was. I told her and she sprayed them with water and the burn went away. So it wasn’t an allergic reaction and actually something with the glue.

Next when I finally got a take down, I wasn’t given the option for a soak off. Instead that stylist took an acrylic nail and wedged it between my real nail and the dip powder. l should have known what would happen when she told me to tell her if I felt any pain. And yes I did as she tore the top layer of my nails off with the dip powder. You could see the indentation of where my nail had been ripped off. She then filed down the remaining healthy nail to try and even out the damage, by damaging my nail further. It took months to grow my nails back and at the tips you can still see the indentation so I’ve got maybe a month or two until the damage is completely grown out.

I get dip because it’s supposed to bebetter for your natural nails, and it might be, but their method of taking the nails off just undoes any good the powder did and damages the nails more.

I recommend changing glue brands and offering customers the option between getting their nails ripped off or soaked off

My 1st time here, requested a pedicure. So upsetting, my feet looked better before their pedicure. I'm so embarrassed to even wear sandals, its the summer! She partially removed my toenail, made me bleed, poor sloppy nail polish application, misshaped my nails. DON'T GET PEDICURES THERE!!

I don’t remember her name but I told her the shape I wanted and she did a terrible job. I just got my nails done yesterday. The only good thing was that i only paid $50 for a fill in and that’s unheard of these days so I’m glad I wasn’t charged more then that but still. And she cut my finger and tried to say I was moving when I wasn’t. So instead of apologizing for cutting me she blamed me instead. Then I had to ask her to put some alcohol on it she didn’t do it automatically. Nail shops carry all types of germs so she should’ve put alcohol on it Right away. I live down the street from here and I’ve gotten a pedicure a few times and they did a good job but on my hands, terrible work. I probably won’t come back

worst nail experience i ever had to date... I literally asked for the most simple nails and they still messed it up. I went in for a full set of acrylics and the guy who did it was VERY ROUGH , he hurt me a couple times filing my nails and he was also RUSHING it not taking his time to do it right and it came out HORRIBLE. There’s DENTS in my acrylic nails and the length is UNEVEN and also the paint looks so bad...I’m really upset about this. They don’t give refunds but their policy is if we don’t like the nails we can get it redone for free within 7 days but I’m not sure if I want to come back here... 🙁

This does not look fresh, I just got them done Friday, (today is Tuesday) They’re too much in a rush to get to the next client they don’t pay attention to detail!! OR SANITIZE/CLEAN THEIR TOOLS CORRECTLY, my feet have been itchy ever since.
