Went with a large group and would definitely go again. Friendly owner. Our cabin, the Oak, was roomy and comfortably appointed, including the kitchen. Large deck area. Two swimming pools. Fresh eggs in our refrigerator! In Lake County.

Went for a spiritual women's campout. They have 2 pools that are spring fed which means they were cold. Really cold. But it was still a great experience. The bathrooms and showers were really nice and kept clean. Just don't forget the bug repellent.

Went for the day to swim. Friendly service. Large grass area to relax. Theres 2 pools. One is spring fed, usually in the 60's temp & the bigger pool has a diving board & water slide with smaller areas for the lil ones to wade in, it was in the mid 70's temp. Has a snack bar with some yummy food n drinks. Outside shower to rinse off. Bathrooms. Beautiful grounds & scenery. Loved my time here.

Came to visit a friend's cabin. The pool area is really nice, but $15/person for a single day entry is so expensive! There's a HUGE chlorine pool, with splash pools for the littles, diving board and waterslide. Then there's a smaller, rough sided, much older "cold pool" that's pumped and filtered straight from the Creek nearby. This one is great for relaxation!

There is a small concession stand with refreshments, they're a bit pricey but convenient.

If youโ€™re seeking lovely, rustic, pet-friendly, wooded creekside accommodations in a peaceful setting, this is a delightful location to use as a retreat.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom cabin with a large, partially-covered wooden deck overlooking the creek (and the backyards of neighbors on the other side.)

We were impressed by the cleanliness & spaciousness of the cabin, along with the extra touches that made it feel like a home-away-from-home: fully equipped kitchen, super-comfy living room chair + lap blanket, coffee & tea supplies, and all-in-one soap & shampoo in the shower. There was even a box of toys in the closet ๐Ÿค“

A fabulous coffeehouse (open โ€˜til midday) and local market are located less than a 5โ€ drive away in Cobb center.

Yes, the pool is tiny & the water cold (a bonus during Lake County summers), and like every other small business in Lake and Mendocino county, its use & safety is at the visitorโ€™s discretion and responsibility.

(And yes, after heavy rainstorms or snow or wildfires we recommend checking to see if any environmental maintenance activities will be occurring during your stay: the property has a high number of trees and other facilities that need caretaking.)

Staff was amazing, but the noise from the tree cutting was very disturbing because they start cutting the trees around 7 or 8 am in the morning that was the only down side of the camping site. The pools were awesome especially the man made Spring pool, but be careful because the spring water is really cold because it is from the spring or the river next to the camping site. Also they gave us a uneven spot to camp and there was a tree stump in the middle of the camp site that was also another downside but over all the trip was pretty fun.
