The inside of this pilot is designed really good so that you walk in and the showers. Or immediately to the left along with laundry. And they have a good food menu.

But the parking lot is designed very dangerous and small so that you get a lot of truck accidents. Because the parking places are so small. And it has way too many reserved parking spots.

Pilot parking should be shut down until they design the parking lots Safe, bigger parking spots, from accidents.

Super nice Pilot, lots of selection, well marked entry and exit for trucks. Had one of the best showers, really clean, HOT water. They have deals on sweat pants and hoodies even nail polish for us lady truckers (even though I don't use it nice to be remembered)

They still had their candy marked as 2 for $5.75 but when I rang it up it charged me $3.19 a piece. How dare I ask them about it and point it out. He acted like I was ruining his life asking him to do his JOB! Most Pilot and Flying J’s you go to act that way. If you don’t want to be at work then take yourself home. Customer service is a thing of the past. If prices and things have changed then do YOUR job and change the signs. My company is pilot fuel only so I’m going to quit my job and find someone that’s not. Their fuel prices are always 50 to 70 cents higher than the little guys around them bc they want the companies to “think” they’re getting a fuel discount. Pilot has became gouging trash of the trucking industry. They will never get another dime out of me.

Very clean bathrooms and a great selection of products. They also have EV chargers that charge your car quickly.

This Pilot seems new and is clean. But if you have to deficate, I recommend bringing a mechanics creeper to be able to access toilet paper.

Not bad compared other Pilot or flying j. Clean restroom and shopping erea.
You can get good coffee ☕️ and snacks 😋 I usually like pot roast beef but this time was not good 😐 I wish that didn't buy it. Next time I am not going to buy

Be carefull while paying. Cashiers will try to confuse you and rip you off.
Today it happened with me 2nd time.
First time she charged 7 cup ice instead of 1.Today she tried to charge me 2 serving of egg, which there was only 1 serving of scrambled egg. She tried to confuse me, first she put on computer 1 serve egg then coffee then again 1 serve of egg. I asked why, she said that was 2 serving of egg, I said I did not ask you 2 serve, then she put half serve of egg and charged me for 1 serve.

Not sure how long it’s been a Pilot but looks like a New place…. But for sure has sum issues… they need someone outside cleaning the area and also the fuel pumps… the inside of store is pretty clean…. I’m not sure if the floors are dirty and need mopped or what the deal is…. Another issue is they have this women sittin at the back door selling life insurance and it looks like she has her friends up there and some kids… so all them seats are take up…. As for as the tv room looks pretty nice beside all the cardboard box’s of def stacked up to the TVs… I like the new design on store but seems like they trying to draw in business like Buc-eeS and at the end of the day it’s the Drivers they need to be worrying about and making sure we have what we need…
