It was quite private and calm.
Manager is kind and helpful. They provided free fire kit that we do not need to buy a log but lighter. Well maintained.
Only incontinient thing is tap water. It seems not Michigan water.

Our school had band camp here. Always a fun time, miss it every day. Some of my best stories from band were here. Facilities are just right, and it's well kept despite its age. 15/10, would play Gatorade pong at 1am again.

So many wonderful memories associated with this place! I was one of the camp counselors here during Summer 2004. So much fun! Love this place and people I met there. I wish some day I can return here and show my kids this great place. Nothing changed, it’s so great to find they are still doing well! Sending all the best wishes to all the staff there.

We stayed in Bourdon house (photos) overnight, which was nicely comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and the staff is super friendly. Went for a retreat; grounds are great for walking -- lots of older nut trees, cool foot bridges, and plenty of outdoor tables and benches.

From the very first moment, our stay was magical! Quiet, secluded, peaceful. And still only a few minutes from great supply stores and restaurants. (Yay Paisanos Pizza)
And the STARVED ROCK PARK was amazing!
