Me and my wife usually come here for our anniversary. We had the pleasure of speaking to Zack this time, that made sure that we are fully satisfied with our hotel stay! He even made sure to accommodate us as best as he was able to. This is the kind of customer service I needed every location! We love this hotel absolutely, beautiful, food is delicious, and again customer service is phenomenal

Positive: Hotel employee (front desk) was great Negative: A lot -1. I had stuffed nose and felt congested after every night. I am sure there is either mold in the AC ducts or dirt in the carpet. I was good when I was outside the hotel.2. Room Keys and Room Phone do not work most of the time.3. No microwave

Old, but well kept place. Staff is helpful. They provided us with a microwave after hours which was nice. Price is reasonable. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty quiet.

Positive: It?s a bit dated, could use more lighting in the parking lot. The shower was hot, bed was comfortable and the price I paid made sense. Negative: Would have been nice to have a coffee/breakfast options since there are 2 restaurants on site.

Located across the street from the Airport. Older hotel but still in good shape. Rooms in need of updating. Bed was somewhat comfortable but the mattress was quite old. Carpeting was old and dirty. The facility has a breakfast restaurant and a bar restaurant in it. Overall decent stay. Usually my go to because of location travelling for work.

Had a late flight so I was still in the room at 9 AM when there was suddenly violent pounding at the door. The maid service manager was there with the maid and some kind of a bouncer guy. I ran to the door with nothing but a pair of pants on. She accused breaking in the room and squatting here I guess. I showed her the room key with the number on it and showed her that it worked and explained I paid for the room and slept here all night. She still wouldn’t believe me. She just kept asking for my name over and over again, and I kept answering her. After about the 10th time for some reason, she finally stopped and decided I was OK and let me stay. Absolutely the strangest and concerning experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I don’t plan on repeating it ever again.

Booked for a single night via their website. Never got an email confirmation and finally called to ensure the reservation. The day I arrived I tried calling 3 separate times to see if a room would be ready early. Each time the phone rang 10+ times without answer before just disconnecting. Ate at the Steak and Anchor, which had receipts with room numbers. Got called BACK to be told they don't bill the rooms and "hadn't got around to removing that from the receipts". Will never stay here again. The service is terrible. If I could have canceled my stay without penalty, I would have.

Not a very enjoyable stay as soon as I got to my room I could hear a bunch of men being so loud and obnoxious at almost midnight! . Also they said we had to make it in before midnight if not we would not be able to get our room. Not what someone commented below said.(so what’s true)so I recommend if ur staying here to call ahead and ask!! we were staying there for sequoia the next day. And we had to be up early so I went and asked if we can be moved because realistically who could sleep through what it sounded like a big gathering . Nope they could not move us and all they could do is let them know to lower the noise.
Also hotel was old and gave me shining vibes.
