Good, solid Vietnamese food. The service was excellent. The family that runs this is so friendly and kind. You get a huge amount of food for the price you pay! Don’t hesitate to go if you like Vietnamese food, or if you like Chinese food and want to try something similar but healthier!

Best Vietnamese Noodles in Casper – Pho Saigon is a Must-Try!

I was recently introduced to Pho Saigon in Casper, Wyoming, and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. If you’re searching for authentic Vietnamese food in Casper, this is the place to go!

I almost always order the chicken pho, and it never disappoints—rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh toppings. The egg rolls are another must-try; they’re crispy, delicious, and pair amazingly well with the hot chili oil (which I highly recommend adding!).

Beyond the food, the ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, making every visit a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in their business and care about their customers.

If you’re craving Vietnamese noodles, pho, or authentic Asian cuisine in Casper, Pho Saigon is the best spot in town. I’ve attached some photos of my go-to order—since I’m a photographer, I made sure they look as good as the food tastes!

This is the absolute best pho anywhere. The broth is second to none, the meatballs and steak are spot on, and we usually get either the egg rolls or spring rolls. The family that owns/runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming. Casper is very fortunate to have this gem.

If the weather is cold, and you need some Bone broth to warm you up? This is the place. Get you some of that Pho, combination Pho. Eye of the round slice, slice brisket, meatball and the noodles, add some hoisin sauce and Sriracha, and it's 🔥 fire. Want something fresh, add an order of Spring roll.

This place is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around! We drive down from Sheridan just to eat here! Their Pho is spectacular and they always greet you with a smile, very friendly service!

Today my husband ate beef noodles and shrimp rolls in this restaurant, and when he came home, he had a headache, a bad stomach, and threw up twice, throwing up all the food. Very much like food poisoning. I feel that the sanitary conditions in this restaurant are very poor.

The server was kind and attentive. I chose the barbecued pork vermicelli noodle dish. It was a big bowl of pork, crunchy veggies, and noodles. The sauce was so delicious. I surprised myself by almost finishing the entire bowl and even lifted the bowl up to drink the sauce.
