Martha treats you like family, keeps her rooms spotless and serves up a breakfast that you will remember and talk about the rest of your life. The blueberry muffins, fresh apple tarts, zucchini, carrot muffins and tart cherry something amazing pastry, made getting up in the pitch black not only tolerable but magical. We've never had a host that was more accommodating and professional. Her stories and Anecdotes could fill a book!

My lady friends and I (plus my toddler) went on a nice ladies retreat for a couple nights and our Host and Hostess we're wonderful at accommodating us and cooking breakfast for us. They gave us plenty of space too. The common area is a decent size and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We had a wonderful relaxing time and we plan to go back next year. Thank you!

My sister, niece and I went to Alaska to visit my nephew who was playing in the Alaskan Baseball League in Eagle River this summer. We had no idea where to stay or anything about Alaska. We are Midwest thru and thru, now calling Indiana and Ohio home. We were so lucky that my nephew's team mentioned Martha and her Bed and Breakfast. She provided information, suggestions and tourist ideas that we would never have known about from any book. This place is so clean, the food so yummy and I can't wait to be able to return. Stay here... you will not be disappointed!!

We were in Alaska for a family wedding. We started out on Base however, you can only reserve base lodging for three days at a time. After that, you must reapply. When we did, they were booked solid. So after some mad scrambling only to discover everything was booked solid, my inlaws found this B&B. And OH.MY.GOODNESS.!!! Dee is an absolute delight, the dogs are so amazingly well behaved and just little lovers, the home is gorgeous, large and super clean. Our room was like a small piece of Heaven! Our 17 years old was with us and she was going to have to get shuffled around because there wasn't any room but I asked Dee if she had a cot and she instantly responded with "We have a very nice twin size bed, would you like it moved in to your room"? YES!! It was honestly the best part of our stay in Alaska! You just can't do any better than this wonderful B&B!!

Everything was great, so friendly, wonderful breakfast. I was already thinking a possible 5 rating, but we forgot a suitcase and didn't realize it until the evening when in Seward (several hours away). Called Martha. She said she would deliver it to the B&B we would be staying at when we returned to Anchorage. When we got there it was waiting for us. How can i rate them a 6?
